Крім цього, важливим критерієм ефективності діяльності підприємства вважається його внутрішнє середовище. Нами було досліджено підприємство ТОВ «ЕКО-КО». Аналіз діяльності підприємства показав, що за період дослідження зафіксовано значний ріст виробничої собівартості, що вказує на збільшення витрат на виробництво та зміну виробничих процесів. Суттєве збільшення прямих матеріальних витрат, пов’язане зі зростанням цін на сировину та збільшенням обсягів виробництва. У кваліфікаційній роботі розроблені шляхи вдосконалення управління виробництва сільськогосподарського підприємства. Визначені основні напрямки підвищення економічної ефективності в ТОВ «ЕКО-КО». Запропоновано напрями удосконалення збуту в ТОВ «ЕКО-КО» як елементу розвитку підприємницької діяльності та формування оптових ринків як складової системи збуту сільськогосподарської продукції. It is impossible not to take into account the economic and political stability of the country, the stability of the legislative framework, the social sphere, as well as participants in market relations. In addition, an important criterion for the effectiveness of the enterprise is its internal environment. The qualification work proves that the justification of entrepreneurial policy is carried out using a comprehensive approach that takes into account all problem areas of the local and systemic levels. An analysis of the enterprise's activities showed that during the study period a significant increase in production costs was recorded, which indicates an increase in production costs and a change in production processes. A significant increase in direct material costs is associated with an increase in raw material prices and an increase in production volumes. The qualification work develops ways to improve the production management of an agricultural enterprise. The main directions of increasing economic efficiency in LLC "EKO-KO" are determined. Directions of improving sales in LLC "EKO-KO" are proposed as an element of the development of entrepreneurial activity and the formation of wholesale markets as a component of the agricultural product sales system.

Название: Реалізація державної політики у сфері професійно-технічної освіти Авторы: Колоша, Максим Юрійович; Kolosha, Maksym Yuriiovych Краткий осмотр (реферат): Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних аспектів реалізації державної політики у сфері професійно-технічної освіти в умовах трансформації системи публічного управління, структурних змін ринку праці та дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні. У роботі розглянуто сутність і зміст державної політики у сфері професійно-технічної освіти як важливої складової соціально-економічного розвитку держави, визначено її роль у формуванні людського капіталу та забезпеченні потреб регіональних ринків праці. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми дослідження, сформульовано мету і завдання кваліфікаційної роботи, визначено об’єкт і предмет дослідження, методи наукового пізнання, розкрито елементи наукової новизни та практичну значущість отриманих результатів, а також наведено відомості щодо апробації результатів дослідження. У першому розділі «Теоретичні та методичні засади реалізації державної політики у сфері професійно-технічної освіти» узагальнено наукові підходи до трактування державної політики та професійно-технічної освіти, розкрито цілі, принципи, функції й інструменти реалізації державної політики у сфері ПТО, а також охарактеризовано нормативно-правові та інституційні засади її впровадження в Україні. Другий розділ «Аналіз реалізації державної політики у сфері професійно-технічної освіти в ДПТНЗ «Лебединське вище професійне училище лісового господарства» присвячено аналізу інституційно-організаційних умов діяльності закладу, механізмів і інструментів реалізації державної політики у сфері ПТО, а також оцінюванню результативності освітньої діяльності. Проведено аналіз структури підготовки кадрів, виконання регіонального замовлення, показників працевлаштування випускників і відповідності їхніх кваліфікацій потребам регіонального ринку праці. Виявлено основні проблемні аспекти реалізації державної політики на рівні закладу. У третьому розділі «Управлінські та інституційні механізми підвищення результативності державної політики у сфері ПТО на рівні ДПТНЗ «ЛВПУ лісового господарства» обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення механізмів узгодження підготовки робітничих кадрів із потребами регіонального ринку праці, посилення результативності партнерських інструментів і кар’єрного супроводу випускників, а також модернізації управлінської системи та ресурсного забезпечення закладу. Запропоновано KPI-орієнтовану модель управління, спрямовану на підвищення результативності реалізації державної політики у сфері професійно-технічної освіти та зростання частки працевлаштування випускників за здобутою кваліфікацією. У висновках узагальнено результати дослідження. The work examines the essence and content of state policy in the field of vocational education and training as an important component of the country’s socio-economic development and defines its role in human capital formation and in meeting the needs of regional labour markets. In the introduction, the relevance of the research topic is substantiated; the purpose and objectives of the qualification work are formulated; the object and subject of the research are defined; research methods are identified; elements of scientific novelty and the practical significance of the obtained results are revealed; and information on the approbation of research results is presented. The first chapter, “Theoretical and Methodological Foundations of the Implementation of State Policy in the Field of Vocational Education and Training,” summarizes scientific approaches to the interpretation of state policy and vocational education and training, reveals the goals, principles, functions, and instruments of state policy implementation in the VET sector, and characterizes the regulatory, legal, and institutional framework for its implementation in Ukraine. The second chapter, “Analysis of the Implementation of State Policy in the Field of Vocational Education and Training at the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution ‘Lebedyn Higher Vocational School of Forestry,’” is devoted to the analysis of the institutional and organizational conditions of the institution’s activities, the mechanisms and instruments of state policy implementation in the VET sector, and the assessment of the effectiveness of educational activities. The chapter analyzes the structure of workforce training, the fulfillment of the regional training order, employment indicators of graduates, and the compliance of their qualifications with the needs of the regional labour market. The main problematic aspects of state policy implementation at the institutional level are identified. The third chapter, “Managerial and Institutional Mechanisms for Enhancing the Effectiveness of State Policy in the VET Sector at the Level of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution ‘Lebedyn Higher Vocational School of Forestry,’” substantiates directions for improving mechanisms for aligning workforce training with the needs of the regional labour market, strengthening the effectiveness of partnership instruments and graduate career support, and modernizing the management system and resource provision of the institution. A KPI-oriented management model aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of state policy implementation in the field of vocational education and training and increasing the share of graduates employed according to their acquired qualifications is proposed. The conclusions summarize the results of the research.

Название: Управління та адміністрування фінансовим забезпеченням діяльності медичної установи Авторы: Фомінов, Артур Олександрович; Fominov, Artur Краткий осмотр (реферат): У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управління фінансовим забезпеченням як об’єкта адміністрування в закладах охорони здоров’я. Визначено, що ефективне управління фінансами в умовах медичної реформи є базовою складовою менеджменту, яка охоплює планування доходів, оптимізацію витрат та пошук альтернативних джерел капіталізації для зміцнення ринкових позицій установи. Проаналізовано організаційно-економічну діяльність та фінансовий стан КНП «Міська поліклініка № 19» ХМР. Встановлено, що існуюча система управління стикнулася з викликами воєнного стану та зміною політики фінансування НСЗУ, що призвело до дефіциту ресурсів. Надано оцінку результативності адміністративного менеджменту, який базується на принципах бюджетної автономії, проте потребує впровадження більш гнучких інструментів контролінгу. Виявлено ключові проблеми, зокрема високий рівень зношеності фондів та критичну залежність від одноканального фінансування. Запропоновано і обґрунтовано пріоритетні напрями удосконалення управління і адміністрування фінансовим забезпеченням медичного закладу. Визначено, що проведення комплексної діагностики зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища (SWOT-аналіз) дозволяє сформувати стратегічне бачення розвитку установи, ідентифікувати ризики та трансформувати їх у конкретні управлінські завдання. Доведено доцільність впровадження інноваційних підходів до диверсифікації доходів, зокрема через розвиток державно-приватного партнерства, залучення міжнародної грантової допомоги для енергомодернізації та впровадження системи бюджетування за центрами відповідальності. Обґрунтовано, що автоматизація фінансових процесів та використання методу Step-down Costing сприятимуть підвищенню фінансової стійкості КНП «Міська поліклініка № 19» ХМР в умовах економічної нестабільності. Описание: The qualification work examines the theoretical aspects of financial provision management as an object of administration in healthcare institutions. It is determined that effective financial management in the context of healthcare reform is a fundamental component of management, covering revenue planning, cost optimization, and the search for alternative sources of capitalization to strengthen the organization's market position. The organizational and economic activities and the financial state of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise (KNP) "City Polyclinic No. 19" of the Kharkiv City Council are analyzed. It is established that the existing management system faced challenges of martial law and changes in the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) financing policy, which led to a resource deficit. An assessment of the effectiveness of administrative management is provided, which is based on the principles of budgetary autonomy but requires the introduction of more flexible controlling instruments. Key problems were identified, including high depreciation of assets and critical dependence on single-channel financing. Priority directions for improving the management and administration of the financial provision of the medical institution are proposed and substantiated. It is determined that conducting a comprehensive diagnosis of the external and internal environment (SWOT analysis) allows for the formation of a strategic vision for the development of the institution, identifying risks, and transforming them into specific managerial tasks. The expediency of implementing innovative approaches to income diversification is proven, in particular through the development of public-private partnerships, attracting international grant aid for energy modernization, and introducing a budgeting system by responsibility centers. It is substantiated that the automation of financial processes and the use of the Step-down Costing method will help increase the financial stability of KNP "City Polyclinic No. 19" in conditions of economic instability.

Краткий осмотр (реферат): В першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи досліджено, що стратегія підприємства – це загальний довгостроковий план, який визначає основні напрями діяльності компанії для досягнення її місії та цілей в існуючих умовах. У стратегічному управлінні підприємством терміни «стратегія» та «стратегія розвитку» мають схожі риси, але вони відрізняються за своїми цілями, спрямованістю та підходами. Стратегія розвитку підприємства – це специфічний вид стратегії, який фокусується на розширенні можливостей компанії, освоєнні нових ринків і створенні конкурентних переваг у майбутньому. Стратегія розвитку націлена на принципові зміни, розширення бізнесу та вихід на нові рівні. В другому розділі дослідження підтверджено скорочення обсягів товарної продукції підприємства в 2024 р. в порівнянні з 2022 р. на 53,8%, що в абсолютному вимірі склало 75592,30 тис. грн. Аналогічна динаміка визначається і за показником товарної продукції на 1 грн. вартості основних засобів, що вказує на ідентичність тенденцій в частині скорочення вартості основних фондів підприємства в досліджуваному періоді. Аналіз вартості товарної продукції на 1 середньорічного працівника в досліджуваному періоді має тенденцію до зростання, так в 2024 р. відбулось зростання на 127,91 тис. грн., що склало 10,2%. В частині оцінки собівартості реалізованої продукції слід зазначити, про її скорочення в досліджуваному періоді на 73864,30 тис. грн., що у відносному вимірі складає 63,5%. В третьому розділі дослідження встановлено, що розробка річної виробничої програми будівельного підприємства повинна бути спрямована на максимальне введення в дію запланованих об’єктів з урахуванням реального завантаження підприємства впродовж року. Розроблений проєкт будівельної програми ТОВ «СК Нове Місто» на 2025 р. не достатньо збалансований з виробничою потужністю на 56%, оскільки коефіцієнт її завантаження становить 0,75. Підвищення коефіцієнта використання потужностей субпідрядників можливо за рахунок усунення дисбалансу у виробництві будівельної продукції. Визначено довгострокові стратегічні цілі ТОВ «СК Нове Місто»: розширення частки ринку м. Суми; збільшення частки ринку збуту будівельних послуг м. Суми; впровадження сучасних інноваційних технологій та екологічно- чистих будівельних матеріалів (без використання різних хімічних шкідливих речовин); стимулювання продажу будівельно-монтажних послуг власної фірми; участь в престижних рекламних конкурсах для посилення іміджу та репутації будівельного підприємства. The enterprise development strategy is a specific type of strategy that focuses on expanding the company's capabilities, developing new markets and creating competitive advantages in the future. The development strategy is aimed at fundamental changes, expanding the business and reaching new levels. The second section of the study confirms the reduction in the volume of the enterprise's commercial output in 2024 compared to 2022 by 53.8%, which in absolute terms amounted to 75592.30 thousand UAH. A similar dynamics is determined by the indicator of commercial output per 1 UAH. of fixed assets, which indicates the identity of trends in terms of reducing the cost of fixed assets of the enterprise in the period under study. Analysis of the cost of commercial output per 1 average annual employee in the period under study has a tendency to increase, so in 2024 there was an increase of 127.91 thousand UAH., which amounted to 10.2%. In terms of assessing the cost of products sold, it should be noted that it decreased in the period under study by 73864.30 thousand UAH., which in relative terms is 63.5%. In the third section of the study, it was established that the development of the annual production program of a construction enterprise should be aimed at the maximum implementation of planned facilities, taking into account the actual load of the enterprise during the year. The developed draft construction program of LLC "SK Nove Misto" for 2025 is not sufficiently balanced with production capacity by 56%, since its load factor is 0.75. Increasing the utilization rate of subcontractors' capacities is possible by eliminating the imbalance in the production of construction products. Long-term strategic goals of LLC "SK Nove Misto" have been determined: expanding the market share of the city of Sumy; increasing the market share of the construction services market of the city of Sumy; introducing modern innovative technologies and environmentally friendly building materials (without the use of various chemical harmful substances); stimulating the sale of construction and installation services of its own company; participating in prestigious advertising competitions to strengthen the image and reputation of the construction enterprise.
