| dc.description | The article examines the role of management consulting as a tool for the strategic development of rural areas in Ukraine within the context of green recovery and European integration. The importance of consulting services for local authorities, entrepreneurs, and communities in creating effective development strategies is highlighted, focusing on environmental, social, and economic aspects. The article emphasizes the integration of European standards, sustainable development principles, and innovative technologies that contribute to the recovery of rural areas after crises. Particular attention is given to the implementation of green recovery principles, which ensure the rational use of natural resources, the development of renewable energy sources, and the preservation of ecological balance. Furthermore, the article discusses the potential of management consulting in helping rural areas adopt European Union standards and practices, particularly in terms of environmental management and sustainable agriculture. The consultant's role as a mediator between local authorities and international organizations is also emphasized, as they assist in the creation of strategies that incorporate green technologies, sustainable agricultural practices, and social responsibility. The article also considers the support provided by consultants in the development of investment projects, including those funded by European sources, aimed at modernizing infrastructure and enhancing the quality of life in rural areas. The article outlines the challenges and opportunities for management consulting in rural development, particularly in light of Ukraine's ongoing integration into the European Union. The findings suggest that effective consulting can help increase the resilience and competitiveness of rural areas, ensuring their sustainable development in the face of economic, social, and environmental challenges. Finally, the article explores the future prospects of management consulting in rural development, stressing the need for continuous innovation and adopting new technologies to promote long-term growth and ecological balance. | uk_UA |

Визначено важливість консалтингових послуг для місцевих органів влади, підприємців та громад у створенні ефективних стратегій розвитку, що враховують екологічні, соціальні та економічні аспекти. Акцентується увага на інтеграції європейських стандартів, сталого розвитку та інноваційних технологій, що сприяють відновленню сільських територій після криз. Особливу роль у цьому процесі відіграє впровадження принципів зеленої відбудови, які забезпечують раціональне використання природних ресурсів, розвиток відновлювальних джерел енергії та збереження екологічної рівноваги. У статті також окреслено перспективи розвитку управлінського консультування для підвищення ефективності стратегічних ініціатив на сільських територіях в умовах євроінтеграції та сталого розвитку. | uk_UA |
