Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT) has significantly transformed foreign language learning, making it more interactive, personalized, and accessible. This summary highlights three main ICT tools: mobile applications, virtual reality (VR), and social media platforms. Mobile apps like Duolingo are effective for beginners, especially in improving reading and listening skills. VR enhances pronunciation and cultural competence by simulating real-life situations. Social platforms provide opportunities for authentic communication. While these technologies increase motivation and learning efficiency, challenges such as cost and accessibility remain. Combining these tools with traditional classroom instruction can yield the best results.
