dc.descriptionThe work is devoted to the study of the organization of inter-warehouse transportation and substantiation of the optimal number of rolling stock to ensure the daily cargo turnover of the enterprise. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to increase the efficiency of logistics processes, reduce delivery time, minimize empty runs and rational use of motor transport resources in modern conditions. As part of the study, an analysis of the logistics scheme of the enterprise was performed, the daily volume of transportation (23 tons) was determined, route calculations were performed for warehouses located at distances of 5, 7, 15 and 26 km. The productivity of the existing fleet (2 VW Transporter T5 and 3 Renault Master) was determined and it was established that its daily throughput is 27 tons, which forms a reserve of 17%. A scheme for optimizing transport processes has been developed, which allows reducing empty mileage by 15–20%, fuel consumption by 8–10%, and total logistics costs by 12–15%. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of inter-warehouse transportation by optimizing routes, rationalizing vehicle loading, assessing technical and economic indicators and determining the required number of vehicles. The work substantiates the feasibility of applying a logistics approach to internal transportation of the enterprise. It is shown that the use of an optimized traffic model and digital tools (GPS monitoring, route planning) provides cost reduction, increases delivery accuracy to 95–97% and forms reserve capacities for further development of the logistics system.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено організацію логістичних процесів під час роботи великих оптових складів з метою підвищення ефективності міжскладських перевезень. Розглянуто існуючу логістичну схему підприємства, проаналізовано вантажообіг, маршрути руху транспорту та структуру автопарку. Обґрунтовано оптимальну кількість рухомого складу та запропоновано заходи з удосконалення логістичних підходів, зокрема впровадження комбінованих маршрутів і використання систем GPS-моніторингу. Реалізація запропонованих рішень дозволяє зменшити порожні пробіги, скоротити витрати палива та підвищити ефективність використання транспортних ресурсів підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження: процеси організації логістики та міжскладських перевезень на великих оптових складах. Предмет дослідження: методи та способи удосконалення логістичних підходів при організації автомобільних перевезень між оптовими складами. Методи розробки і проектування: аналітичні, розрахункові та проектні методи; використання економіко-математичних розрахунків, нормативної документації, комп’ютерних програм та інформаційних технологій логістичного планування.uk_UA
