dc.descriptionThe article substantiates the methodological principles of land use planning as an institutional mechanism for measuring, accounting and assessing the assets of ecosystem services of land use in relation to the formation of the value of natural resources, which can be attributed to their depletion in the process of land use. However, while in NEALU, depletion of resources in physical terms is defined as the reduction of natural resource stocks during the reporting period, associated with the withdrawal of natural resources by economic units in volumes exceeding their renewal, in land use planning a comparison is made of alternatives in the structure of land use assets by the degree of depletion, which ensures the development of sustainable (balanced) land use. The degree of depletion of land and other natural resources in land use planning is measured in physical terms by the level of anthropogenic load on types (subtypes) of land use or by the level of ecological well-being or ecological stability of land use, and is assessed in value terms for the purpose of evaluating alternative costs of these resources as a result of economic activity. It is substantiated that the formation of spatial units of ecosystem service assets of land use lies in land use planning, which, as an institutional mechanism for measurement, accounting, and valuation of ecosystem service assets of land use, will contribute to understanding different methods of evaluating land use ecosystems in the context of their value; will support proper interpretation and application of data from ecosystem accounting of land use (EALU); and will indicate the types of analysis supported by EALU. This is due to the fact that it is the spatial perspective that supports the integration of components of NEALU and the identification of assets of land use ecosystems. An approbation model of the relationship between subtypes of agricultural land use type as ecosystem service assets with the cost of land use has been developed. The relationship between the stock and flow components of the structure of EALU is embodied in the concept of land use ecosystem capacity, which, in a broad sense, refers to the ability of a land use ecosystem asset to provide services in the future. Accordingly, important indicators of land use ecosystem capacity in relation to ecological boundaries from the standpoint of land use planning lie at the basis of future value accumulation.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано, що формування просторових одиниць активів екосистемних послуг землекористування полягає у землевпорядкуванні, яке як інституційного механізму вимірювань, обліку та оцінки активів екосистемних послуг землекористування, сприяє розумінню різних способів оцінки екосистем землекористування в контексті їх цінності; підтримує належне тлумачення та застосування даних екосистемного обліку землекористування; та вказує на типи аналізу, які підтримуються екосистемним обліком землекористування. Це обумовлено тим, що саме просторова перспектива підтримує ув'язування компонентів системи природно-економічного обліку землекористування та визначення активів екосистем землекористування. Розроблено апробаційну модель взаємозв'язку підтипів сільськогосподарського типу землекористування як активів екосистемних послуг із вартістю землекористування.uk_UA
