| Короткий огляд (реферат): | В запропонованій статті наведені методичні підходи стосовно визначення техніко-економічних показників зернозбирального комбайна в залежності від режимів його роботи, що дає можливість встановити рівень ефективності його використання в залежності від цих чинників, та вибрати найбільш економічно та трудо ефективний режим для його роботи, що дозволить отримати максимальний ефект від його експлуатації. В предлагаемой статье приведены методические подходы по определению технико-экономических показателей зерноуборочного комбайна в зависимости от режимов его работы, что дает возможность установить уровень эффективности его использования в зависимости от этих факторов, и выбрать наиболее экономически и трудо эффективный режим для его работы, что позволит получить максимальный эффект от его эксплуатации. |
| Опис: | In the offered article methodical approaches concerning definition of technical and economic indicators of the combine harvester depending on modes of its work that gives the chance to establish a level of efficiency of its use depending on these factors are resulted. The problem is to establish the dependence of indicators of the efficiency of the grain harvester on the speed of movement of the combine and the working width of the gripper -heder by mathematical modeling. It is generally known how the indicators of the use of combine harvesters are determined at the known technical nature-joints and the yield value of various cereals. However, we did not detect analytical studies on how the structural width of the harvester's gripping when harvesting winter wheat affects the performance indicators of a particular brand of combine. The purpose of thework is to provide methodological approaches to determining the main technical and economic indicators of the use of combine harvesters, depending on the modes of its operation. Based on the research, it was found that in terms of the above costs, as the main indicator of efficiency, they are the smallest in the Combine Palesse GS 12, which is equipped with a sting – a heder with a grip width of 9m. Despite the fact that with slightly lower renovation costs in the first two versions, all other indicators (fuel costs, salaries of mechanics) are lower. The labor costs of this combine are much less than in the first two versions. Given that this latch can be used at harvesting wheat with lower yields, increasing the speed of movement, as well as with lower yields, reducing the working width of the grip, the third option of equipment for production workers will be the most effective. |
