dc.description	The work conducted a study to improve the efficiency of post-harvest processing of seeds of the seeding tray by developing a scheme and substantiating the parameters of the separator. The work analyzed the properties of the seed material of the seeding tray, from the angle of its possible effective calibration. The calculation of technological, structural and kinematic parameters of the separation equipment was carried out, and also verification calculations were performed for the strength and reliability of the units. As a result of the research, the completeness of the separation of impurities was established at an acceptable level of seed losses when installing the distributor in the sieve, the rational frequency of its rotation. Technical solutions were proposed for automatic regulation: the speed of rotation of the sieve and the distributor auger, the loading hopper. The implementation of the research results will allow the formation of an automated system with a single drive, which ensures the compactness and efficiency of the process of separating loose seed materials.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В роботі проведено дослідження підвищення ефективності післязбиральної обробки насіння чини посівної шляхом розробки схеми та обґрунтування параметрів сепаратору. В роботі проведено аналіз властивостей насіннєвого матеріалу чини посівної, під кутом можливого ефективного його калібрування. Проведено розрахунок технологічних, конструктивно-кінематичних параметрів сепарувального обладнання, а також виконано перевірні розрахунки на міцність та надійність вузлів. В результаті досліджень встановлена повнота виділення домішок за допустимого рівня втрат насіння при встановленні розподільника в решето, раціональну частоту його обертання. Запропоновано технічні рішення щодо автоматичного регулювання: швидкості обертання решета та шнека розподільника, бункеру завантажувального. Реалізація результатів дослідження дозволить формувати автоматизованої системи з єдиним приводом, що забезпечує компактність та ефективність процесу сепарування сипких насіннєвих матеріалів.	uk_UA
