dc.description	The qualification work considered the theoretical and practical aspects of the peculiarities of the management of the farm's own capital. The research concludes that since 2022, farming enterprises have faced significant challenges and problems affecting both the general operations of some and the survival of others. The general methodology for managing equity capital, including in farming enterprises, involves creating an appropriate management system. This system aims to minimize production and operational costs and risks to an objective minimum in the near future. A comprehensive assessment of the key performance indicators and financial state of the "Urozhai" farming enterprise in the Romensky district of Sumy region shows a substantial decline in the production of all types of products in 2022. These negative results were caused by external factors, including the full-scale war and its associated economic consequences. However, 2023 marked a recovery, with production growth in most categories, particularly in livestock farming. The pre-war year of 2021 was the most stable and profitable. The primary source of equity growth for "Urozhai" is the increase in retained earnings, reflecting its profitability and efficiency. Consequently, farming faces significant declines in income and profits as a result of both external (war and market conditions) and internal (inefficient cost management) factors. What is needed are proposals to focus on cost optimization and search for new sales markets (regional and European). The general policy of the formation, distribution and use of the profit of SFG "Urozhai" is defined in the main aspects of its overall development strategy. According to this strategy, they reinvest all the profits received by the farm into retained earnings for accumulation. Therefore, it is proposed to establish a capital management system for the enterprise. This system should include measures to restore the scale of production and sales seen in 2021, the acquisition of several crop-spraying drones, implementation of other stabilization measures, and utilization of potential profit reserves. Maximizing profit by 2026 is identified as the main goal in the process of forming equity capital under the current wartime conditions. Thus, the development and implementation of a well-considered management strategy aimed at increasing profit volumes and their efficient utilization should be systematically and comprehensively conducted within the farming enterprise.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуті теоретико-практичні аспекти особливості управління власним капіталом фермерського господарства. Дослідження дозволяють зробити висновки про те, що з 2022 року фермерські господарства стикнулися з особливими викликами та проблемами, що вплинули як на загальну діяльність одних так і на виживання деяких інших. Загальною методологією управління власним капіталом, зокрема й для фермерських господарств, передбачено формування відповідної системи управління, за рахунок якої можливим є в найближчу перспективу довести свої виробничо-господарські витрати та ризик до об’єктивного мінімуму. Загальна діагностика основних показників діяльності та фінансового стану СФГ «Урожай» Роменського району Сумської області свідчить про те, що в 2022 році основні показники його діяльності показали значний спад у виробництві всіх видів його продукції. Все це стало результатом негативного впливу зовнішніх чинників: повномасштабна війна та всі інші негативні економічні наслідки від неї. А вже 2023 рік відзначився відновленням діяльності та зростанням виробництва по більшості продукції, особливо у тваринництві. Найбільш стабільним та прибутковим був довоєнний 2021 рік. Основним джерелом зростання власного капіталу СФГ «Урожай» є збільшення нерозподіленого прибутку, що вказує на його достатню прибутковість та рентабельність. В систему управління прибутковістю СФГ «Урожай» входять зазначені управлінські рішення, які починаються з підготовки необхідної інформації і проходять до самого прийняття необхідних управлінських рішень в цьому напрямку. Отже, запропоновано сформувати систему управління власним капіталом господарства, в рамках якої провести необхідні заходи щодо: відновлення обсіяв виробництва та реалізації продукції 2021 році, придбати декілька дронів-оприскувачів для рослинництва, провести інші стабілізаційні заходи та використати резерви збільшення прибутку в перспективі. Саме максимізація прибутку до 2026 року є тим основним завданням в процесі формування власного капіталу СФГ в сучасних умовах війни. Тому розробка та впровадження продуманої управлінської системи управління, спрямованої на збільшення обсягу прибутку та його ефективне використання, має проводитися в фермерському господарстві на систематичній та комплексній основі.	uk_UA
