Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню проєктування офісного центру в місті Суми. Об’єктом дослідження є архітектурне проєктування офісної будівлі. Предметом дослідження є особливості та методи функціонального зонування, містобудівного розміщення, організації території, архітектурних рішень будівлі офісного призначення. Структура роботи: шість розділів та список використаної літератури. У розділі «Вступ» актуальність теми обґрунтовується соціальною, економічною та функціональною необхідністю створення офісного центру саме в місті Суми. У другому розділі здійснено аналіз положення об’єкта в системі міського розташування, транспортної доступності, взаємозв’язку з навколишньою забудовою, ландшафтом, зонуванням території. У розділі «Архітектурно-планувальні рішення офісного центру» розглядаються конструктивна структура, площі приміщень, вертикальні зв’язки між ними, комунікації. Особливу увагу приділено вибору основної конструкції будівлі: фундамент, стіни, перекриття, покрівля, інженерні системи. В останньому розділі представлено рішення благоустрою території — визначено елементи озеленення, зони відпочинку працівників, паркування, зовнішнє освітлення, системи водовідведення та електропостачання.

Суть розробки, основні результати:

The qualification work is devoted to the study of the design of an office center in the city of Sumy. The object of the research is the architectural design of an office building. The subject of the research is the features and methods of functional zoning, urban planning placement, territory organization, architectural solutions of an office building. Structure of the work: six sections and a list of used literature. In the section "Introduction", the relevance of the topic is justified by the social, economic and functional necessity of creating an office center in the city of Sumy. In the second section, an analysis of the position of the object in the system of urban location, transport accessibility, relationship with surrounding buildings, landscape, zoning of the territory is carried out. In the section "Architectural and planning solutions of an office center" the constructive structure, area of premises, vertical connections between them, communications are considered. Particular attention is paid to the choice of the main structure of the building: foundation, walls, floors, roof, engineering systems. The last section presents solutions for improving the territory - elements of landscaping, employee recreation areas, parking, outdoor lighting, drainage systems, and electricity supply are identified.
