Abstract

Since the 21st century, along with the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of productivity, a large number of enterprises are competing fiercely in a limited market. Enterprises must adapt to the new modern conditions through various ways in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and build their core competitiveness to ensure the further development of enterprises. This thesis examines "corporate management", "management efficiency", "financial indicators", and "development strategies". The theoretical aspects of the concept of "corporate management efficiency" are studied, and the process of improving corporate management efficiency is theoretically defined and the factors involved are investigated. The characteristics of Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. in the field of financial and economic activity are described, and financial indicators such as profitability, operating capacity, solvency, and development capacity are analyzed in order to get a complete picture of the actual situation of the company. To study the management problems of the enterprise and to study them, and to propose ways of improving the efficiency of management.
