Control function in the enterprise management system

Abstract

qualification work is dedicated to researching the theoretical aspects of the implementation of the control function at the enterprise, determining the place of control in the formation of an effective management system. Analyzed the work of the logistics company DHL, Germany. The paper substantiates the feasibility of implementing and using the control system at the enterprise, the introduction of controlling into the control system at the enterprise; recommendations for the organization of the controlling service at the enterprise were developed. It is proposed to use diagnostic methods and tools for assessing the level of efficiency of the management system at the enterprise due to the selection and systematization of internal factors of negative influence.
