Improvement of risk management in enterprises

Abstract

Master thesis aims to explore the strategies to improve enterprise risk management and the application of information technology in risk management. The introduction section first introduces the importance and current situation of enterprise risk management, clarifies the research objectives of this paper, and clarifies the significance and value of improving enterprise risk management. In the analysis chapter of the current situation of enterprise risk management, the concept and characteristics of enterprise risk management are expounded, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional enterprise risk management mode are analyzed, the development trend and characteristics of modern enterprise risk management are introduced, and the challenges and problems existing in the current enterprise risk management are analyzed. In the part of improving enterprise risk management strategy, this paper introduces the identification and evaluation methods of improving enterprise risk management, discusses the tools and technology application of improving enterprise risk management, analyzes the optimization strategy of enterprise risk management process, and discusses the construction and implementation of enterprise internal risk management culture. Then in the application of information technology in risk management, introduces the application of big data technology in enterprise risk management, discusses the role of artificial intelligence technology in risk prediction and management, analyzes the block chain technology application prospects in risk prevention, and expounds the cloud computing technology in the risk data storage and management advantages.
