dc.descriptionThe issue of fodder cultivation is an important task for agricultural production. Corn, one of the most productive crops, plays an important role in this process. The purpose of the work is to improve the mechanization of harvesting corn for grain by improving the design of the corn harvester. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the work: 1. The existing technologies for growing corn for grain were analyzed with the development of a technological map for farming conditions. 2. The calculation of the interaction of the working bodies of cob-separating devices with corn cobs was performed. The theoretical justification of the proposed design is outlined with a description of the unit under study and calculation of the shaft of the grinding apparatus. 3. The economic effect of the implementation of the proposed solutions was analyzed. 4. Probable risks when working with the unit and the state of labor protection in general have been established. The object of the study is the cob-separating device of the KSKU-6 AS corn harvester. The subject of the study is the determination of the influence of the design features of the cob-separating device of the KSKU-6 AS corn harvester on the indicators of the process of harvesting corn for grain.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractПитання вирощування кормів є важливою задачею для сільськогосподарського виробництва. Кукурудза, одна з найбільш урожайних культур, грає важливу роль у цьому процесі. Метою роботи є удосконалення механізації збирання кукурудзи на зерно шляхом вдосконалення конструкції кукурудзозбирального комбайна. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі були встановлені та вирішенні наступні завдання: 1. Проаналізовано існуючі технології вирощування кукурудзи на зерно з розробкою технологічної карти для умов фермерського господарства. 2.Виконано розрахунок взаємодії робочих органів качанно-відокремлюючих апаратів з качанами кукурудзи. Викладено теоретичне обґрунтування пропонованої конструкції з описом досліджуваного агрегату та розрахунком валу подрібнюючого апарату. 3.Проаналізовано економічний ефект від впровадження пропонованих рішень. 4.Встановлено імовірні ризики при роботі з агрегатом та стан охорони праці в цілому. Об’єктом дослідження є качанно-відокремлюючий апарат кукурудзозбирального комбайну КСКУ-6 АС. Предметом дослідження є визначення впливу конструктивних особливостей качанно-відокремлюючого апарату кукурудзозбирального комбайну КСКУ-6 АС на показники процесу збирання кукурудзи на зерно.uk_UA
