dc.descriptionThe work consists of the table of contents, general characteristics of the work and its qualification features, a review of research on the chosen topic, sections of the main part, conclusions based on the results of the ICR. In SECTION 1, the general characteristics of the work are formulated, where the purpose, objectives, object and subject of the study, methods, and approbation of the work are formulated. SECTION 2 discusses the regulatory framework in the field of building reconstruction, including the general principles of residential buildings reconstruction and their energy renovation. SECTION 3 describes the architectural and structural design of the building to be reconstructed. SECTION 4 describes the areas of reconstruction of a residential multi-storey building, taking into account the inclusiveness of the building. To bring the architectural and structural design of the building in line with modern requirements for energy efficiency, which a residential multi storey building must meet, the following was developed an entrance group was developed for the first floor of the building for the movement of people with limited mobility; - to improve the functionality of the residential building, the redevelopment of the ground floor for various purposes was envisaged and developed. - to improve the thermal performance of the roof and increase the living space, a solution was developed to replace the attic with an attic floor. - To improve the energy efficiency of the building, the condition of the existing enclosing and protective structures was analysed, and proposals for the insulation of external walls, replacement of windows and doors were developed. dc.description.abstractРобота складається із змісту, загальної характеристики роботи та її кваліфікаційних ознак, огляд досліджень за обраною темою, розділів основної частини, висновки за результатами МКР. В РОЗДІЛІ 1 Загальна характеристика роботи де сформульовано мету, задачі, об’єкт та предмет дослідження та методи, апробація роботи. В РОЗДІЛІ 2 розглянуто питання нормативної бази з в галузі реконструкції будівель, розкрити питання загальних принципів реконструкції житлових будинків, їх енергореновація. В РОЗДІЛІ 3 приведено опис архітектурно-конструктивного рішення будівлі що підлягає реконструкції. В РОЗДІЛІ 4 наведено напрямки реконструкції житлової багатоповерхової будівлі з урахуванням інклюзивності будівлі. Для приведення архітектурно-конструктивного рішення будівлі у відповідності до сучасних вимог що до показника енергоефективності, якому повинна відповідати житлова багатоповерхова будівля було розроблено наступне: розроблено вхідну групу для першого поверху будівлі для пересування маломобільних груп населення; - для покращення функціональності житлової будівлі, передбачено та розроблено перепланування першого поверху під приміщення різного призначення. - для поліпшення теплотехнічних характеристик покриття та збільшення житлової площі, розроблено рішення по заміні горища на мансардний поверх. - з метою підвищення енергоефективності будівлі, впроведено аналіз стану існуючих огроджуючих та захисних конструкцій, розробено пропозиції щодо утеплення зовнішніх стін, заміни вікон та дверей.uk_UA
