| dc.description | In the diploma project, the process of cleaning grain material during post-harvest processing was improved. When loading grain material into vehicles or big bags, enterprises are constantly faced with injury to grain material, and in this regard, it is necessary to find alternative methods and mechanisms for loading with minimal injury to grain material. To do this, it was decided to improve the unloading device. In order to reduce injury to grain material and carry out additional cleaning, determine the rational parameters of the conveying device and connect the pneumatic separator. The TAMA AERNOVA pneumatic separator was chosen as promising, the performance of which was improved by increasing the working area and recalculating the main parameters. When performing work on this device, employees have safer working conditions, namely: a) the work area is less dusty; b) reduced risk of industrial injuries; c) reduced noise level; d) exclusion of static shock. The following calculations were carried out: the dynamics of the components of the grain material in the working area, the determination of the parameters of the fan and confuser, reliable installation of the components. As a result of the improvement of this loading device, an improvement in efficiency in work was achieved, it also reduced the negative impact on the environment, and the injury to grain material was reduced. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | В дипломному проекту проведено удосконалення процесу очищення зернового матеріалу при післязбиральній обробці. Під час завантаження зернового матеріалу в автотранспорт чи то біг-беги, підприємства постійно стикаються з травмуванням зернового матеріалу, і в зв’язку з цим потрібно знаходити альтернативні методи та механізми для завантаження з мінімальним травмування зернового матеріалу. Для цього було прийнято рішення, провести удосконалення вивантажувального пристрою. З метою зниження травмування зернового матеріалу та проведення додаткового очищення, визначення раціональних параметрів транспортуючого пристрою та приєднання пневмосепаратору. | uk_UA |
