| dc.description | The qualification work considers one of the ways to organize a site on the production areas of LLC "Vesna-Agro" of the Konotop district of Sumy region. An analysis of failures of class 1.4 tractors was carried out, and the latest technologies for the comprehensive repair of cylinder heads of D-240 engines were proposed. The necessary calculations of the components of the technological equipment were carried out, in particular, the fastening of the cutter equipped with a blade insert made of superhard material Elbor R, an end mill with a diameter of 315 mm., which significantly improved the quality of the processed facing surfaces. Calculations of the production program for the repair of equipment, the area of the site, the number of workers, the cost of building a repair site, the wages of workers, calculations of the cutter for the strength of the end mill for milling flat surfaces of cylinder heads of engines of the D-240 series were carried out. The economic calculation confirmed the need to implement the presented technology. The payback period for this production was 7 years. Practical recommendations can be used in specific productions to increase the efficiency and quality of repaired equipment. | uk_UA |
