| Опис: | The qualification work explores the theoretical löundations ofthe selected topic, as well as the practical aspects of its implementation under modern economic, legal, and social conditions. The current state of the issue is analyzed, the main trends and patterns of developinent in the relevant field of activity are identified. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the existing regulatow and legal framework, contemporary scientific approaches, and practical experience. The study assesses the effectiveness of existing rnechanisms, identifies their shortcomings, and proposes ways 10 improve them, taking into account innovative technologies and current requirements. Practical recommendations have been developed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes in the relevant sector. Thc rcsulls of the study can be used to improve public policy, optimize management processes, or implement innovations in practical activities. |
