dc.descriptionThe qualification work examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of digitalisation of the management of a processing enterprise. An analysis of the current state of digitalisation of the management of LLC «Krolevetsky feed mill» is carried out: the organisational and economic aspects of the processing enterprise are considered; the level of digitalisation of the management processes of LLC «Krolevetsky feed mill» is assessed and the factors that hinder the development of digitalisation of the processing enterprise are identified. Directions for the development of digitalisation of management of LLC «Krolevetsky feed mill» are proposed: a roadmap for the digital transformation of the enterprise is developed, which is a phased action plan aimed at a comprehensive update of the enterprise's management processes through the introduction of modern digital technologies in 2026–2028; directions of action and a set of measures for the formation of digital competencies of staff are formed; proposals for creating a single digital ecosystem of the enterprise are presented.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні основи діджиталізації менеджменту переробного підприємства. Проведено аналіз поточного стану діджиталізації менеджменту ТОВ «Кролевецький комбікормовий завод»: розглянуто організаційно-економічні аспекти діяльності переробного підприємства; проведено оцінку рівня діджиталізації управлінських процесів ТОВ «Кролевецький комбікормовий завод» та визначено фактори, які стримують розвиток діджиталізації переробного підприємства. Запропоновано напрями розвитку діджиталізації менеджменту ТОВ «Кролевецький комбікормовий завод»: розроблено дорожню карту цифрової трансформації підприємства, яка є поетапним планом дій, спрямованим на всебічне оновлення управлінських процесів підприємства шляхом впровадження сучасних цифрових технологій у 2026–2028 рр.; сформовано напрями дій та комплекс заходів для формування цифрових компетеностей персоналу; наведено пропозиції по створенню єдиної цифрової екосистеми підприємства.uk_UA
