dc.descriptionThe assessment of the Ukrainian black-and-white and brown dairy breeds according to quantitative traits of milk yield was carried out. When comparing the yield of first-born cows, the advantage of the Ukrainian black-and-white breed over the UBM with a high and significant difference, which amounted to 886 kg (P<0.001), was established. However, the first-born cows of brown cattle were better in fat content, exceeding the Ukrainian black-and-white breed by 0.13% with a significant difference (P<0.001). However, the Ukrainian black-and-white breed animals were better in milk fat, with an advantage over the UBM by 27 kg (P<0.001). The excess continued in subsequent lactations and amounted to, according to the second, an advantage of 587 in milk yield (P<0.001) in favor of cows of the UCHRM breed, yielding to their peers of the UBM breed in fat content by 0.12% (P<0.001), and in milk fat the excess amounted to 15.3 kg (P<0.001). According to the assessment of the offspring of genealogical lines, their hereditary influence on milk yield traits was established. The offspring of bulls of the assessed UBM breed lines was differentiated by the largest yield of cows of the first and full-term lactations. The highest yield of first-borns is observed in the daughters of bulls of the Stretch line. They are the best with a difference in yield ranging from 313 kg (Elegant line; P<0.05) to 1293 kg (Vigata line; P<0.001). For milk fat, the reliability of the difference in the indicators of the first lactation begins with the comparison of the Stretch line (3.92%) with the Pavin line (3.85%) with a difference of 0.07 (P<0.01). The heritability of milk fat by linear sires is evidenced by the highly reliable difference between the marginal deviations (3.92-3.82%), which amounted to 0.1% with a reliability level at P<0.001. According to the data of the third lactation, the priority position is occupied by the daughters of bulls of the Stretch line with a milk yield of 5965 kg, milk fat content - 3.84%. The livestock of this line has a difference in milk yield of this lactation compared to the rest of the lines from 391 kg (Distinction line; P<0.05) to 1089 kg (Lailasana line; P<0.001). The economic efficiency obtained from the offspring with higher productivity of the best lines of the Ukrainian Red Bull Breed (Valianta, Eleveyshna, Rigela and R. Siteyshna) amounted to 4931-6444 UAH per cow per year. The improvers of milk productivity traits among the offspring of the Ukrainian Red Bull Breed were the daughters of the Distinction, Elegant and Stretch lines, from which additional milk production of 4092-5232 UAH/head per year was obtained.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractПроведена оцінка УЧРМ та УБМ порід за кількісними ознаками молочності. За порівняння надою первісток встановлено перевагу однолітків УЧРМ породи над УБМ з високою та достовірною різницею, яка склала 886 кг (Р<0,001). Проте, первістки бурої худоби були кращими за вмістом жиру, перевищивши ровесниць УЧРМ породи на 0,13% із достовірною різницею (Р<0,001). Проте, за молочним жиром були кращими тварини УЧРМ породи з перевагою ровесниць УБМ на 27 кг (Р<0,001). Перевищення продовжувалося й у наступні лактації і склало за даними другої відповідно з перевагою 587 за надоєм (Р<0,001) на користь корів УЧРМ породи поступившись ровесницям УБМ за жирністю на 0,12% (Р<0,001), а за молочним жиром перевищення склало 15,3 кг (Р<0,001). За оцінкою потомства генеалогічних ліній, встановлено їхній спадковий вплив на ознаки молочності. Потомство бугаїв оцінених ліній УБМ породи диференційовано за величиною надою корів першої та повновікової лактацій. Самий високий надій первісток спостерігається у дочок бугаїв лінії Стретча. Вони є кращими з різницею надою у межах від 313 кг (лінія Елеганта; Р<0,05) до 1293 кг (лінія Вігата; Р<0,001). За жирномолочністю достовірність різниці за показниками першої лактації розпочинається за порівнянь лінії Стретча (3,92%) з лінією Пейвена (3,85%) з різницею 0,07 (Р<0,01). Про успадковуваність жирномолочності лінійними плідниками свідчить високодостовірна різниця між граничними відхиленнями (3,92-3,82%), що склала 0,1% з рівнем достовірності при Р<0,001. За даними третьої лактації пріоритетну позицію займають дочки бугаїв лінії Стретча з надоєм 5965 кг, жирністю молока - 3,84%. Поголів’я цієї лінії має різницю за надоєм цієї лактації у порівнянні з рештою ліній від 391 кг (лінія Дістінкшна; Р<0,05) до 1089 кг (лінія Лайласана; Р<0,001). Економічна ефективність отримана від потомства з вищою продуктивністю кращих ліній УЧРМ породи (Валіанта, Елевейшна, Рігела та Р.Сітейшна.) склала 4931-6444 грн на корову за рік. Поліпшувачами ознак молочної продуктивності серед потомства УБМ породи виявилися дочки бугаїв лінії Дістінкшна, Елеганта та Стретча, від яких отримано додатково продукції молока на 4092-5232 грн/гол за рік.uk_UA
