В статье проанализированы основные исследования по работе со студентами в малых группах и представлен опыт по организации учебной деятельности студентов, который нацеливает преподавателей вузов на совершенствование форм аудиторной работы на примере изучения предмета «Прикладная математика». |
| Опис: | The article presented analysis of key studies on work with students in small groups and on the experience of students' work, which aims at improving the professors forms of classroom work offering the example of studying the subject "Applied Mathematics". One reason for the loss of interest in learning, and sometimes negative attitude to it on the part of students is the lack of communication at the joint and individual forms of learning activities. Psychologists propose to seek a way to organize group training activities, based on patterns of communication. Scientists recommend designing the learning process so that students were not only in contact with the teacher directly, but also with each other, so that the training was interesting. A successful form of employment should include and individual and group, and the joint work of students, which combines various activities and various forms of communication, allowing teachers to manage and for pupils - to develop interest. Thus, it can be noted that work in small groups gives all participants the opportunity to work, to practice the skills of cooperation and interpersonal communication. This improved techniques of active listening helps in developing common solutions and solve differences. Working in small groups is used when it is necessary to solve a problem that is difficult to handle individually when there is information, experience and resources to the mutual exchange when the expected result would require teamwork skills. Group training in educational activities is of particular importance for the development of the individual. It helps to create business, collective, interpersonal relations. As a result of joint activity, each student can get help from their teacher and classmates. A student who assists receives benefits not less than those in need of help, because in explaining his knowledge becomes more specific. |
