У статті здійснено аналіз інноваційних тенденцій розвитку ділової комунікації в умовах цифрової трансформації професійного середовища з акцентом на перехід від традиційної комунікативної компетентності до цифрової грамотності. Обґрунтовано, що сучасна ділова комунікація функціонує як складний процес професійної взаємодії, який забезпечує обмін управлінськими рішеннями, знаннями та смисловими конструкціями між суб’єктами діяльності, водночас опосередковуючи соціальну активність і відтворення культурних норм. Показано, що в умовах цифровізації комунікативні процеси зазнають істотних змін, переходячи від лінійних моделей передавання інформації до мережевих форматів взаємодії, що зумовлює оновлення мовних стратегій, інструментів і каналів ділового спілкування. У дослідженні ділову комунікацію розглянуто як інтегровану компетентність, що поєднує мовну культуру, управлінське мислення та цифрову грамотність. Доведено, що інноваційність сучасних комунікативних практик виявляється у використанні цифрових платформ і сервісів, а також у зміні комунікативних стратегій, орієнтованих на оперативність, адаптивність, міждисциплінарну координацію та відповідальне управління інформаційними потоками. Особливу увагу приділено цифровій грамотності як важливому чиннику ефективності ділової взаємодії, що охоплює технічні, етичні та правові аспекти професійного спілкування в онлайн-середовищі. Емпіричну частину дослідження реалізовано на базі Сумського національного аграрного університету шляхом анкетування здобувачів освіти різних факультетів. Результати засвідчили нерівномірний рівень сформованості цифрово-комунікативних умінь, наявність труднощів у формулюванні офіційних повідомлень у цифровому форматі та недостатнє дотримання норм цифрового етикету. Таким чином, аналіз підтверджує доцільність цілеспрямованої інтеграції цифрових інструментів із традиційною мовно-комунікативною підготовкою, що сприятиме формуванню ефективної моделі сучасної ділової комунікації та підвищенню готовності фахівців до професійної діяльності в умовах цифрового середовища. The article analyzes innovative trends in the development of business communication in the context of the digital transformation of the professional environment, with a focus on the transition from traditional communicative competence to digital literacy. It substantiates that contemporary business communication functions as a complex process of professional interaction that ensures the exchange of managerial decisions, knowledge, and meaning-making constructs among participants, while simultaneously mediating social activity and the reproduction of cultural norms. It is demonstrated that under conditions of digitalization, communicative processes undergo significant changes, shifting from linear models of information transmission to network-based formats of interaction, which leads to the renewal of linguistic strategies, tools, and channels of business communication. The study conceptualizes business communication as an integrated competence that combines language culture, managerial thinking, and digital literacy. It is proven that the innovativeness of modern communicative practices is manifested not only in the use of digital platforms and services but also in the transformation of communicative strategies oriented toward efficiency, adaptability, interdisciplinary coordination, and responsible management of information flows. Particular attention is paid to digital literacy as a key factor in the effectiveness of business interaction, encompassing technical, ethical, and legal aspects of professional communication in the online environment. The empirical part of the study was conducted at Sumy National Agrarian University through a questionnaire survey of students from various faculties. The results revealed an uneven level of digital and communicative skills, difficulties in formulating official messages in digital formats, and insufficient adherence to the norms of digital etiquette. Розкрито концептуальні засади переорієнтації лінгвістичної освіти на цифрові формати комунікації, посилення ролі мультимодальних платформ і формування в здобувачів здатності працювати з інноваційними мовними ресурсами. Особливу увагу приділено інституційним і технологічним чинникам трансформації змісту навчання, зокрема розвитку європейських цифрових екосистем, політики багатомовності та нових моделей функціонування мовних практик у глобальному середовищі. Методологічну основу становлять системний, порівняльний, контент-аналітичний і компетентнісний підходи, що забезпечили комплексне дослідження чинників, які впливають на формування оновлених освітніх траєкторій. Результати показали, що поширення цифрових технологій і глобальних комунікаційних форматів зумовлює необхідність переосмислення структури лінгвістичної підготовки. Доведено, що на сучасному ринку праці зростає попит на фахівців, здатних використовувати мультимедійні ресурси, автоматизовані системи опрацювання мовних даних і цифрові корпуси. Виокремлено освітні, технологічні та нормативні детермінанти, що формують нову модель професійної підготовки, орієнтовану на інтеграцію в європейський освітній простір та ефективну взаємодію в цифровому середовищі. У висновках узагальнено результати дослідження та підкреслено їхню практичну значущість для закладів вищої освіти, розробників освітніх програм, лінгвістів-практиків і фахівців у сфері цифрової комунікації. The article presents a theoretical and methodological rationale for updating the content of philological training in accordance with the requirements of the EU Digital Single Market and contemporary trends in language globalization. The conceptual foundations for reorienting linguistic education toward digital communication formats, strengthening the role of multimodal platforms, and developing students’ ability to work with innovative language resources are outlined. Special attention is paid to institutional and technological factors influencing the transformation of educational content, including the development of European digital ecosystems, multilingualism policies, and new models of linguistic practices functioning in a global environment. The purpose of the study is to identify theoretical foundations and practical guidelines for modernizing philological training in the context of integration into the European digital space and global linguistic transformations. The methodological framework is based on systemic, comparative, content-analytical, and competence-based approaches, which ensured a comprehensive examination of the factors shaping updated educational trajectories. The results demonstrate that the spread of digital technologies and global communication formats necessitates a rethinking of the structure of linguisticт training. It is shown that the modern labor market increasingly demands specialists capable of using multimedia resources, automated languageprocessing systems, and digital corpora. Educational, technological, and regulatory determinants that shape a new model of professional training, aimed at integration into the European educational space and effective interaction in a digital environment, are identified.
