В умовах правового режиму воєнного стану наша держава не полишає свого проєвропейського курсу розвитку та ефективно впроваджує цілі сталого розвитку. Однак, з кожним роком ескалації війни на території України завдано нищівних збитків екологічному стану природніх ресурсів –повітря, вод, земельного фонду. Частина земельного фонду вже не підконтрольна Україні через окупацію, а підконтрольні території піддаються знищенню та катастрофічному забрудненню. В наш час, коли людство в пошуку ефективних способів збереження природніх ресурсів для нинішніх та майбутніх поколінь, тотальне знищення настільки цінних для всього світу родючих ґрунтів України виглядає, як злочин проти людства. Весь світ починає вже поступово відчувати наслідки цього згубного впливу.Крім того, встановлено, що Україна непозбавлена і внутрішніх перешкод у питаннях кримінальної відповідальності за правопорушення у сфері земельних відносин: таких як криміналізація діянь увідносинах, що виникають; систематизації норм чинного Кримінального Кодексу України; низький рівень освіченості та обізнаності населення у своїх земельних правах. Питання розслідуваності кримінальних правопорушень у сфері земельних відносин та притягнення винних осіб до відповідальності, недоско-налість системи доказування та розслідування, що призводить до щорічного зростання злочинності з мізерними винесеними судами обвинувальними актами. It is established that the legal regulation of the sphere of land relations, including by the norms of criminal law, is a special prerogative for the legislation of Ukraine, since land is not merely a natural resource, but a strategically important economic and environmental resource, as well as an element of national security of our state. Under the conditions of the legal regime of martial law, our state does not abandon its pro-European course of development and effectively implements sustainable development goals. However, with each year of the war's escalation on the territory of Ukraine, devastating damage has been inflicted on the environmental state of natural resources – air, water, and the land fund. A part of the land fund is no longer under the control of Ukraine due to occupation, while the controlled territories are subjected to destruction and catastrophic pollution. Nowadays, when humanity is in search of effective ways to preserve natural resources for present and future generations, the total destruction of Ukraine's fertile soils, which are so valuable to the entire world, looks like a crime against humanity. The whole world is already beginning to gradually experience the consequences of this pernicious impact. Furthermore, it is established that Ukraine is not free from internal obstacles regarding criminal liability for offenses in the sphere of land relations: such as the criminalization of acts in emerging relations; the systematization of the norms of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine; and a low level of education and awareness of the population regarding their land rights. The issues of the invertigability of criminal offenses in the sphere of land relations and bringing guilty persons to liability, along with the imperfection of the system of proof and investigation, lead to an annual increase in crime with a meager number of indictments issued by courts. A comprehensive diagnosis of the digital maturity of LLC «Krolevetsky feed mill» was carried out using the MIT & Capgemini matrix. An imbalance was identified between the high level of automation in production and logistics (ERP, GPS, EDO) and the critically low level of digitalisation in the financial and marketing functions, against a backdrop of prolonged losses. Technical, financial, human resource, organisational and cultural barriers to transformation were classified. A proprietary three-year digitalisation roadmap (2026–2028) was proposed, aimed at end-to-end system integration, the implementation of BI analytics, the development of digital competencies, and the transition to an adaptive management model. Обґрунтовано науково-методичні засади формування дорожньої карти цифровізації менеджменту в аграрному секторі на основі концепції «Менеджмент 4.0», моделі TOE та теорії динамічних спроможностей. Проведено комплексну діагностику цифрової зрілості ТОВ «Кролевецький комбікормовий завод» за матрицею MIT & Capgemini. Виявлено дисбаланс між високим рівнем автоматизації виробництва й логістики (ERP, GPS, ЕДО) та критично низькою цифровізацією фінансового контуру та маркетингу в умовах тривалої збитковості. Класифіковано технічні, фінансові, кадрові, організаційні та культурні бар'єри трансформації. Запропоновано авторську трьохрічну дорожню карту цифровізації (2026-2028 рр.), спрямовану на наскрізну інтеграцію систем, упровадження BI-аналітики, розвиток цифрових компетенцій та перехід до адаптивної моделі управління. It emphasises that Ukraine’s reconstruction should not be a return to the past, but a leap into the future. By integrating the principles of sustainable development, digital transformation and the green economy, the country can not only overcome the consequences of the war, but also become a regional leader in innovation and an environmentally oriented economy. У дослідженні розглянуто концептуальні основи післявоєнної відбудови України з урахуванням як історичних прецедентів післявоєнної реконструкції, так і новітніх економічних концепцій – від кейнсіанства до поведінкової економіки, від інституціональних реформ до цифрової трансформації. Акцентується, що відбудова України має стати не поверненням у минуле, а стрибком у майбутнє.
