Дана кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню теоретичних та практичних засад трансформації туристичної галузі під впливом глобальних процесів цифровізації та новітніх інструментів медіа-комунікацій. Розглянуто перехід від традиційних моделей обслуговування до інтелектуальних екосистем, що базуються на конвергенції штучного інтелекту, великих даних (Big Data), Інтернету речей (IoT) та хмарних обчислень. Детально проаналізовано роль соціальних медіа, зокрема Instagram, TikTok та Pinterest, у формуванні туристичного попиту. Значна частина дослідження присвячена аналізу функціонування онлайн-платформ дистрибуції (OTA), таких як Booking.com та Airbnb. Класифікація сучасних цифрових технологій у сфері гостинності дозволила виділити ключові вектори розвитку галузі: від впровадження хмарних систем управління майном (PMS) до використання технологій доповненої та віртуальної реальності (AR/VR) у маркетингу дестинацій. Висновки роботи підкреслюють, що успішний розвиток туристичних підприємств, зокрема в умовах поствоєнного відновлення України, неможливий без інтеграції в цифрові екосистеми. Сформовані рекомендації спрямовані на подолання цифрового розриву та підвищення впізнаваності вітчизняних туристичних локацій на міжнародному медіа-ринку. This qualification paper is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the theoretical and practical foundations of tourism industry transformation under the influence of global digitalization processes and cutting-edge media communication tools. The transition from traditional service models to intelligent ecosystems based on the convergence of artificial intelligence, Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud computing is examined. The role of social media, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, in shaping tourism demand is analyzed in detail. A significant part of the study is devoted to analyzing the functioning of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), such as Booking.com and Airbnb. The classification of modern digital technologies in the hospitality sector allowed for the identification of key vectors for the industry's development: from the implementation of cloud-based Property Management Systems (PMS) to the use of augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) technologies in destination marketing. The findings of the paper emphasize that the successful development of tourism enterprises, particularly in the context of Ukraine's post-war recovery, is impossible without integration into digital ecosystems. The formulated recommendations are aimed at overcoming the digital divide and increasing the visibility of domestic tourist locations in the international media market. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено сучасний стан, проблеми та перспективи розвитку інклюзивного туризму в Україні з акцентом на Сумську область як регіон, що володіє значним туристичним, соціальним та рекреаційним потенціалом. Проаналізовано теоретичні засади інклюзивного туризму, розкрито його сутнісні характеристики, моделі формування доступного туристичного середовища та міжнародні стандарти. Також в роботі здійснено аналітичну оцінку сучасного стану інклюзивного туризму в Україні, досліджено соціально демографічні передумови його розвитку, проаналізовано нормативно-правові засади, інфраструктурні характеристики, цифрові тенденції та міжнародний досвід. Окрему увагу приділено інклюзивному туристичному потенціалу Сумської області: оцінено транспортну доступність, стан адаптації туристичних об’єктів, роль громадських ініціатив, цифрову інклюзію та ключові бар’єри, що стримують розвиток інклюзивного середовища на регіональному рівні. Робота містить обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо розвитку інклюзивного туризму в Сумській області, які охоплюють інфраструктурні, транспортні, цифрові, організаційні та соціально-реабілітаційні аспекти. Розроблено модель інклюзивного туристичного маршруту регіону, визначено напрями модернізації архітектурної доступності, цифрових сервісів та інформаційної підтримки, а також заходи з удосконалення кадрової підготовки та співпраці з громадами. The qualification thesis examines the current state, challenges, and prospects for the development of inclusive tourism in Ukraine, with a particular focus on the Sumy region as a territory possessing significant tourism, social, and recreational potential. The theoretical foundations of inclusive tourism are analyzed, its essential characteristics are defined, and models for creating an accessible tourism environment and relevant international standards are explored. The work includes an analytical assessment of the present condition of inclusive tourism in Ukraine, an examination of the socio-demographic prerequisites for its development, and an analysis of the legal framework, infrastructural characteristics, digital trends, and international experience in this field. Special attention is given to the inclusive tourism potential of the Sumy region: transport accessibility, the level of adaptation of tourist sites, the role of community initiatives, digital inclusion, and key barriers limiting the development of an inclusive environment at the regional level. The thesis provides well-grounded recommendations for advancing inclusive tourism in the Sumy region, covering infrastructural, transport, digital, organizational, and socio-rehabilitation aspects. A model of an inclusive regional tourist route is developed, along with directions for improving architectural accessibility, digital services, and information support, as well as measures for enhancing staff training and cooperation with local communities. У роботі розкрито теоретико-методологічні основи сільського зеленого туризму: уточнено понятійний апарат, проаналізовано нормативно-правове регулювання діяльності сільських садиб в Україні, узагальнено світовий та вітчизняний досвід модернізації об'єктів рекреації в сільській місцевості. Здійснено характеристику діяльності діючих сільських садиб району, виявлено їх типологію, цінову політику та ключові проблеми. Обґрунтовано три стратегічні напрями розвитку сільського туризму Роменщини: інноваційна модернізація матеріально-технічної бази та дизайну садиб із збереженням культурної автентичності; розширення спектра додаткових послуг - гастротури, майстер-класи традиційних ремесел, оздоровчі практики, активний та культурно-пізнавальний туризм; впровадження системи цифрового маркетингу через власні веб-сайти, міжнародні туристичні платформи та соціальні мережі. The qualification thesis is dedicated to the study of the current state of rural green tourism in Romny district of Sumy region and the development of scientifically grounded recommendations for its modernization and strategic development. The theoretical and methodological foundations of rural green tourism are revealed: the conceptual apparatus is clarified, the legal and regulatory framework governing rural estate activities in Ukraine is analyzed, and both international and domestic experience in modernizing rural recreation facilities is summarized. It is established that rural green tourism is a multifunctional socio-economic phenomenon encompassing recreation, culture, ecology, and regional development. The activities of existing rural estates in the district are characterized, their typology, pricing policies, and key challenges are identified. The third section substantiates three strategic directions for the development of rural tourism in Romny district: innovative modernization of the material and technical base and design of estates while preserving cultural authenticity; expansion of additional services including gastro-tours, traditional craft workshops, wellness practices, and cultural tourism; and implementation of a digital marketing system through websites, international tourism platforms, and social media. The practical significance of the findings lies in their potential for direct application by owners of tourism facilities in Romny district, local government bodies, and public organizations in developing regional rural tourism programs. Проаналізовано теоретичні засади, сучасний стан інфраструктури, ресурсний потенціал та стратегічні напрями модернізації екологічного туризму в досліджуваному регіоні. На основі аналізу природно-рекреаційного та історико-культурного потенціалу південно-східної Сумщини обґрунтовано стратегічні пріоритети розвитку екотуризму, розроблено рекомендації щодо впровадження інноваційних послуг та цифрових інструментів просування регіонального турпродукту. Теоретично узагальнено сутність екологічного туризму як інструменту сталого розвитку територій та систематизовано нормативно-правову базу його регулювання в Україні. Проаналізовано ресурсну базу південно-східного регіону Сумщини, зокрема потенціал об’єктів природно-заповідного фонду, та проведено оцінку рекреаційної місткості ключових маршрутів. The qualification thesis investigates the functioning and development of environmental tourism within the south-eastern part of the Sumy region. It analyzes the theoretical foundations, current state of infrastructure, resource potential, and strategic directions for the modernization of environmental tourism in the studied region. Based on the analysis of the natural-recreational and historical-cultural potential of south-eastern Sumy Oblast, the strategic priorities for ecotourism development are substantiated. Recommendations are developed for the implementation of innovative services and digital tools for promoting the regional tourism product. The essence of environmental tourism as a tool for the sustainable development of territories is theoretically summarized, and the regulatory framework for its management in Ukraine is systematized. The resource base of the south-eastern region of Sumy Oblast is analyzed, particularly the potential of nature reserve fund objects, and the recreational capacity of key routes is assessed. The main problems hindering the development of the industry are identified: insufficient level of infrastructure in rural homestays, weak marketing activity in the digital space, and the need to update the list of additional services.
