| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі доведено, що у процесі управління медичним закладом використовується безліч різноманітних способів, підходів та прийомів. В сукупності вони виступають як методи управління, під якими розуміються способи здійснення управлінської діяльності, застосовувані для постановки і досягнення її цілей. Визначено, що методи управління являють собою способи, а також сукупність прийомів впливу на колективи людей або окремих медичних працівників у процесі їх трудової діяльності. Розрізняють такі методи управління у сфері охороною здоров'я: організаційно-розпорядчі (або адміністративні); економічні; соціально-психологічні; колективні (або суспільні). Для підтвердження гіпотез щодо напрямків удосконалення управління та адміністрування надання кардіологічних послуг в якості об’єкта обрано КП СОР Сумський обласний кардіологічний диспансер який забезпечує медичне обслуговування населення шляхом надання йому медичних послуг в порядку та обсязі, встановлених законодавством. Реалізуючи місію, підприємство спирається на такі цінності, як суспільство, клієнти, партнери, персонал, розвиток. Нами був проведений SWOT-аналіз результати якого свідчать, що основними завданнями повинні стати: налагодження дієвої співпраці з першим рівнем надання медичної допомоги; впровадження регулярних маркетингових досліджень; вирішення питання наближення транспортного забезпечення громадським транспортом; впровадження нових технологій надання медичної допомоги; закупівля сучасного обладнання; введення нових робочих місць; вихід на нові ринки; впровадження не задекларованих раніше медичних послуг; скорочення витрат за рахунок автоматизації бізнеспроцесів; розробка клінічних маршрутів пацієнта; виконання рейтингових показників та показників роботи стаціонару, контроль за якістю надання медичної допомоги населенню; контроль за дотриманням запланованих показників забезпечення виробами медичного призначення та лікарськими засобами, харчуванням хворих; подальший розвиток маркетингових комунікацій. Для покращення удосконалення управління та адміністрування надання кардіологічних послуг нами в роботі запропоновані заходи з удосконалення кадрової політики та технічного забезпечення КП СОР Сумський обласний кардіологічний диспансер. Визначено, що сучасний медичний прогрес пов’язується з розвитком все більш складних і дорожчих технологій, впровадженням високотехнологічних втручань. |
| Description: | In the qualification work, it is proved that in the process of managing a medical institution, many different methods, approaches and techniques are used. Collectively, they act as management methods, which are understood as methods of performing management activities, used to set and achieve its goals. It was determined that management methods are methods, as well as a set of methods of influencing groups of people or individual medical workers in the process of their work. The following methods of management in the field of health care are distinguished: organizational and managerial (or administrative); economic; socio-psychological; collective (or public). In order to confirm the hypotheses regarding the direction of improving the management and administration of the provision of cardiology services, the KP SOR Sumy Regional Cardiology Dispensary, which provides medical services to the population by providing them with medical services in the order and scope established by law, was chosen as an object. In implementing its mission, the company relies on such values as society, clients, partners, staff, and development. We conducted a SWOT analysis, the results of which indicate that the main tasks should be: establishment of effective cooperation with the first level of medical care provision; implementation of regular marketing research; solving the issue of the approximation of transport provision by public transport; introduction of new technologies for providing medical care; purchase of modern equipment; introduction of new jobs; access to new markets; implementation of previously undeclared medical services; cost reduction due to automation of business processes; development of patient clinical routes; implementation of rating indicators and hospital performance indicators, control over the quality of providing medical care to the population; control over compliance with the planned indicators of provision of medical products and medicines, nutrition of patients; further development of marketing communications. In order to improve the management and administration of the provision of cardiology services, we have proposed measures to improve the personnel policy and technical support of the KP SOR Sumy Regional Cardiology Dispensary. It was determined that modern medical progress is associated with the development of increasingly complex and expensive technologies, the introduction of high-tech interventions. |
