| Abstract: | Досліджена концепція удосконалення адміністративної діяльності організації в умовах формування професійної етики. Розглянуто роль розвитку особливого виду професійної етики працівників комунальних підприємств, що надають адміністративні послуги громадянам України. Досліджена оцінка та удосконалення професійної етики фахівців КП «Чернігівводоканал». Визначено теоретико-методологічні основи професійної етики. Представлено загальну характеристику підприємства. Виконано аналіз основних показників фінансово-господарської діяльності КП «Чернігівводоканал». Проаналізовано етичну складову професіоналізму працівників комунального підприємства. Обґрунтовано проблемні аспекти дотримання етичних норм працівниками КП «Чернігівводоканал». Розроблено пропозиції щодо впровадження удосконалення процесу формування етики працівників КП «Чернігівводоканал». Запропоновано сучасні підходи професійної етики, що відображає особливості моральної свідомості, міжособистісних стосунків та поведінки людей, які зумовлені особливостями професійної діяльності. Представлено рекомендації щодо методів підвищення етичного рівня бізнес-організації. |
| Description: | The concept of improving the administrative activity of the organization in the conditions of the formation of professional ethics is studied. The role of the development of a special type of professional ethics of employees of communal enterprises that provide administrative services to citizens of Ukraine is considered. Researched evaluation and improvement of professional ethics of specialists of KP "Chernigivvodokanal". The theoretical and methodological foundations of professional ethics are defined. The general characteristics of the enterprise are presented. The analysis of the main indicators of the financial and economic activity of KP "Chernigivvodokanal" was performed. The ethical component of professionalism of utility company employees is analyzed. Problematic aspects of compliance with ethical norms by employees of KP "Chernigivvodokanal" are substantiated. Proposals have been developed for the implementation of the improvement of the process of forming the ethics of employees of KP "Chernigivvodokanal". Modern approaches of professional ethics are proposed, which reflect the peculiarities of moral consciousness, interpersonal relations and behavior of people, which are determined by the peculiarities of professional activity. Recommendations on methods of increasing the ethical level of a business organization are presented. |
