| Description: | The qualification work considers topical issues of financial support of local self-government bodies formation, analyzed the normative-legal maintenance of state policy in this direction and the basic principles and approaches, studed the current state of local self-government in Sumy region, foreign and domestic experience, substantiated ways to improve the organization of the financial support. |
