| Abstract: | В дослідженні обґрунтовано доцільність застосування методу Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) для оцінки ефективності діяльності закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО), зокрема такої важливої сфери діяльності, як відтворення наукових кадрів. Аналіз теоретичних досліджень та практичних результатів в області застосування методу DEA виявив, що питання його практичного використання для оцінки ефективності роботи ЗВО потребують подальшого вивчення. Розроблено алгоритм оцінки ефективності відтворення наукових кадрів в ЗВО методом DEA, аналізу зміни ефективності діяльності з відтворення наукових кадрів. |
| Description: | The study substantiates the feasibility of using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to assess the effectiveness of higher education institutions, in particular, such an important area of activity as the reproduction of scientific personnel. The analysis of theoretical studies and practical results in the field of application of the DEA method revealed that the issue of its practical use for evaluating the effectiveness of higher education institutions requires further study. An algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of reproduction of scientific personnel in higher education institutions by the DEA method, analysis of changes in the efficiency of reproduction of scientific personnel, has been developed. |
