| Abstract: | Враховуючі реалії сьогодення, з урахуванням існуючої щільної забудови міста, нове будівництво вимагає значних витрат та незручностей для сформованої міської забудови. Реконструкція підвального приміщення, що передбачає об’єднання декількох невеликих нежитлових приміщень для влаштування спортивної залі в існуючій будівлі, надає можливість використовувати раніше не задіяні площі підвального поверху. Це має задовільнити потреби населення мікрорайону в спортивних закладах. В ході реконструкції виконується об’єднання окремих нежитлових приміщень в підвалі для створення великої спортивної зали. Об’єднання проводиться шляхом демонтажу окремих частин внутрішніх стін. При виконанні реконструкції будівлі змінюються діючі навантаження та точки прикладання навантажень від існуючих та нових конструкцій будівлі. Також виконується зміна цільового призначення приміщення котре знаходиться в підвалі, його з підвального приміщення переобладнують в спортивну залу. Виконуючі дану реконструкції необхідно враховувати навантаження котрі діють на існуючі несучі конструкції підвалу та майбутні навантаження. |
| Description: | Taking into account the realities of today, taking into account the existing dense construction of the city, new construction requires significant costs and inconveniences for the established urban development. The reconstruction of the basement, which involves combining several small non-residential premises for the arrangement of a sports hall, in the existing building, provides an opportunity to use the previously unused areas of the basement floor. This should satisfy the needs of the population of the microdistrict in gymnasiums facilities. During the reconstruction, individual non-residential premises in the basement are being combined to create a large sports hall. Unification is carried out by dismantling individual parts of the internal walls. During the reconstruction of the building, the current loads and points of application of loads from the existing and new structures of the building change. The purpose of the room in the basement is also being changed, it will be converted from a basement into a sports hall. Carrying out this reconstruction, it is necessary to take into account the loads acting on the existing load-bearing structures of the basement and future loads. |
