| Abstract: | Житлове питання, а особливо енергоефективність житла, було і залишається однією з найважливіших проблем в Україні, особливо в Чернігівській області. Єдиним правильним шляхом вирішення цієї проблеми є інтенсивне житлове будівництво. Будівництво є матеріало-, трудо-, капітало-, енерго- та науко місткою галуззю, яка містить у собі вирішення багатьох локальних і глобальних проблем від соціальних до екологічних. Витрати на девелопмент і будівництво можна зменшити за рахунок раціонального проектування планувань будівель, правильного підбору будівельних та оздоблювальних матеріалів, зменшення ваги конструкцій і вдосконалення методів будівництва. А зміна державних норм в галузі енерго заощадження та енергоефективності будівель та споруд показує актуальність цього питання. Правильний вибір матеріалів та конструкцій визначає її енергоефективність і загалом енерго економічність в експлуатації. Дипломний проект на тему: «Забезпечення енергоефективності 8-ми поверхового житлового будинку в м. Чернігів» в якому розкривається питання енергоефективності житлових будівель є життєво необхідним на даному етапі розвитку України, саме зараз коли багато будівель зруйновано або пошкоджено. І за допомогою наших розрахунків і аналізів ситуації, можемо виконати модернізацію будівлі та зменшити споживання енергії для опалення існуючої восьми поверхової будівлі. В результаті модернізації наша будівля підвищила категорію енергоефективності з "F" до категорії "С" і витрати скоротилися на 60%. |
| Description: | The housing issue, and especially the energy efficiency of housing, was and remains one of the most important problems in Ukraine, especially in the Chernihiv region. The only correct way to solve this problem is intensive housing construction. Construction is a material-, labor-, capital-, energy-, and science-intensive industry that contains solutions to many local and global problems, from social to environmental. Development and construction costs can be reduced due to the rational design of building layouts, the correct selection of building and finishing materials, reducing the weight of structures and improving construction methods. And the change of state norms in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency of buildings and structures shows the relevance of this issue. The correct choice of materials and structures determines its energy efficiency and overall energy efficiency in operation. Diploma project on the topic: "Ensuring energy efficiency of an 8-story residential building in Chernihiv." in which the issue of energy efficiency of residential buildings is revealed is vitally necessary at this stage of Ukraine's development, especially now when many buildings are destroyed or damaged. And with the help of our calculations and analyzes of the situation, we can complete the modernization of the building and reduce the energy consumption for heating the existing eight-story building. As a result of the modernization, our building increased the energy efficiency category from "F" to category "C" and costs were reduced by 60%. |
