| Abstract: | Робота складається вступу та трьох розділів: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технологічно-організаційного. Архітектурно-будівельний розділ: плани, фасади, розрізи, вузли та деталі конструктивного та об’ємно-планувального рішення будівлі, генеральний план ділянки будівництва, теплотехнічний розрахунок конструкції зовнішнього стінового огородження. В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконано розрахунок рами будівлі, розрахунок колон середнього та крайнього ряду, розрахунок монолітного залізобетонного фундаменту під пальову основу. Технологічно-організаційний розділ: умови здійснення будівництва; встановлення номенклатури робіт, розрахунок обсягів робіт та визначення потреби в матеріальних ресурсах; календарний план будівництва та будівельний генеральний план надземної частини будівлі. |
| Description: | Description: The work consists of an introduction and three chapters: architectural and construction, analysis and design, technological and organizational. Architectural and design chapter: plans, facades, sections, nodes and details of the structural and volume-planning solution of the building, temperature analyze of the construction of the external wall enclosure. In the analysis and design chapter, the calculation of the building frame, the calculation of the columns of the middle and outer rows, the calculation of the monolithic reinforced concrete foundation for the pile foundation was performed. Technological-organizational chapter: construction conditions; establishing the nomenclature of works, calculating the scope of works and determining the need for material resources; construction schedule and construction master plan of the above-ground part of the building. |
