| Abstract: | Робота складається вступу та трьох розділів: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технологічно-організаційного та додатку. Архітектурно-будівельний розділ: розроблені архітектурне, об’ємно-планувальне і конструктивне рішення будівлі. В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконано розрахунок фундаментів; проектування стовпчастих фундаментів неглибокого закладення; проектування пальових фундаментів; статичний розрахунок рами будівлі; розрахунок та конструювання ригеля; розрахунок та конструювання діафрагми жорсткості. Технологічно-організаційний розділ: умови здійснення будівництва; встановлення номенклатури робіт, розрахунок обсягів робіт та визначення потреби в матеріальних ресурсах; Обґрунтування та вибір оптимальних рішень щодо організації, механізації та технології виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт; вибір стропувальних та монтажних пристроїв; обґрунтування прийнятого терміну будівництва; В додатку наведено технологічні карти на влаштування фундаментів; на монтаж конструкцій типового ярусу; на кладку цегляних стін типового ярусу. |
| Description: | Description: The work consists of an introduction and three chapters: architectural and construction, analysis and design, technological and organizational and application. Architectural and design chapter: the architectural, volume-planning and constructive solution of the building was developed. In the analysis and design chapter, the foundations are calculated; design of columnar foundations of shallow laying; design of pile foundations; static calculation of the building frame; analysis and design of the frame girder; analysis and design of a stiffness diaphragm. Technological-organizational chapter: construction conditions; establishing the nomenclature of works, calculating the scope of works and determining the need for material resources; Justification and selection of optimal solutions regarding the organization, mechanization and technology of construction and assembly works; selection of hand strap and mounting devices; justification of the adopted construction term; The application contains technological maps for laying foundations; for the installation of structures of a typical tier; for laying brick walls of a typical tier. |
