| Abstract: | Проведений аналіз трансформації векторів виробництва, як інструменту державного регулювання сталого розвитку аграрного сектору економіки України, визначив наявність низки структурних змін. Так, встановлено зростання обсягів виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції підприємствами в 2020 р. в порівнянні з 2005 р. В частині формування тенденцій розвитку галузі рослинництва, в сфері державного регулювання розвитку аграрного сектору, визначено наявність періодів значного зростання. При цьому дана тенденція спостерігається як в розрізі підприємств, так і в розрізі господарств населення. В контексті оцінки функціонування галузі тваринництва з 2005 р. по 2020 р., визначено стабільність значень показників в розрізі підприємств та відсутність зв’язку між показниками в розрізі господарств населення. Окреслена динаміка свідчить про важливість запровадження інструментів державної підтримки, орієнтованих на розвиток господарств населення для досягнення результативності державного регулювання розвитку аграрного сектору економіки України в умовах трансформацій векторів виробництва. |
| Description: | The conducted analysis of the transformation of production vectors, as a tool of state regulation of sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy, determined the presence of a number of structural changes. Thus, an increase in the volume of production of agricultural products by enterprises in 2020 compared to 2005 has been established. In terms of the formation of trends in the development of the crop industry, in the field of state regulation of the development of the agricultural sector, the presence of periods of significant growth has been determined. At the same time, this trend is observed both in terms of enterprises and in terms of households. In the context of the evaluation of the functioning of the livestock industry from 2005 to 2020, the stability of the values of the indicators in the section of enterprises and the lack of connection between the indicators in the section of households were determined. The outlined dynamics show the importance of introducing state support tools aimed at the development of households in order to achieve the effectiveness of state regulation of the development of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy in the conditions of transformations of production vectors. |
