| Abstract: | Розглянута проблема становлення екологічного страхування. Запропонована авторська трактовка визначення дефініції «екологічне страхування». З’ясовано, що екологічне страхування не має достатнього розвитку на даний момент у питаннях захисту навколишнього середовища, оскільки випадки виникнення екологічних кризових явищ відшкодовуються в основному за рахунок коштів бюджету. Обґрунтована актуальність впровадження в практику обов'язкового екологічного страхування. Окреслені напрямки використання методів страхового захисту, зокрема для охорони навколишнього природнього середовища. |
| Description: | The problem of the formation of environmental insurance is considered. The author's interpretation of the definition of "environmental insurance" is proposed. It has been found that environmental insurance is not sufficiently developed at the moment in matters of environmental protection, since cases of environmental crisis phenomena are compensated mainly at the expense of budget funds. The justified relevance of the implementation of mandatory environmental insurance in practice. The directions of using methods of environment insurance protection are outlined. |
