| Abstract: | З початку зародження цивілізації до теперішнього часу умови праці покращувались за рахунок створення законодавства, яке б регулювало трудову діяльність. Протягом всієї історії, усюди траплялися випадки рабської праці або праці з надмірною експлуатацією людини, де часто відпочинок не був передбачений взагалі, тому право працівника на відпочинок є важливим аспектом унормування та контролю підприємств та виробництв, як і умови праці. |
| Description: | From the beginning of civilization to the present, working conditions have been improved through the creation of legislation to regulate labor activities. Throughout history, there have been cases of slave labor or labor with excessive human exploitation, where rest was often not provided at all, so the employee's right to rest is an important aspect of regulating and controlling enterprises and industries, as well as working conditions. |
