| Abstract: | Доведено, що формування напрямів використання земель об’єднаних територіальних громад залежить від застосування сучасних моніторингових процедур. Вони визначають зміни чинників, що впливають на використання земель об’єднаних територіальних громад і створюють умови для формування просторового, містобудівного, соціально-економічного та екологічного забезпечення. Визначена необхідність прогнозування зміни чинників використання земель об’єднаних територіальних громад і встановлення їхнього впливу на валовий регіональний продукт на одиницю площі. |
| Description: | It has been proven that the formation of land use directions of united territorial communities depends on the application of modern monitoring procedures. They determine the changes in factors affecting the use of land of united territorial communities and create conditions for the formation of spatial, urban planning, socio-economic and environmental support. The necessity of forecasting changes in the land use factors of united territorial communities and establishing their impact on the gross regional product per unit area has been determined. |
