| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управління та адміністрування ефективністю аграрного підприємства; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «Юпітер 9 Агросервіс»; проведено аналіз ефективності управління та адміністрування збутовою діяльністю підприємства; досліджено ефективність адміністрування ділової активності підприємства; запропоновані напрями удосконалення удосконалення системи управління та адміністрування ефективністю аграрного підприємства ТОВ «Юпітер 9 Агросервіс». У роботі детально розглянуті алгоритми та ключові моменти управління та адміністрування ефективністю аграрного підприємства. На основі проведеного аналізу поточної ситуації визначено напрямки підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Здійснена оцінка результативності управління та адміністрування ефективністю підприємства. На основі дерева цілей запропоновано механізм формування управлінських рішень та їх адміністративний супровід для підвищення ефективності господарювання підприємства, запровадження якої надасть підприємству можливість реалізувати намічені цілі, збільшити присутність на нових ринках, залучити нових клієнтів до співпраці, збільшити частку ринку. |
| Description: | The qualification work considers the theoretical aspects of management and administration of the efficiency of an agricultural enterprise; provides an organizational and economic description of Jupiter 9 Agroservice LLC; analyzes the effectiveness of management and administration of the company's sales activities; studies the effectiveness of administration of the company's business activities; suggests directions for improving the system of management and administration of the efficiency of the agricultural enterprise Jupiter 9 Agroservice LLC. The article describes in detail the algorithms and key points of management and administration of the efficiency of an agricultural enterprise. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation, the directions for improving the efficiency of the enterprise in the current economic conditions are determined. An assessment of the effectiveness of management and administration of enterprise efficiency is carried out. On the basis of the goal tree, a mechanism for the formation of management decisions and their administrative support to improve the efficiency of the enterprise is proposed, the introduction of which will provide the enterprise with the opportunity to realize the planned goals, increase its presence in new markets, attract new customers to cooperation, and increase the market share. |
