| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню ефективності підприємницької діяльності промислового підприємства та визначенню резервів її підвищення. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел, додатків. Повний обсяг роботи становить 76 сторінок комп’ютерного тексту. Робота містить 31 таблицю та 6 рисунків. Список використаних джерел включає 40 найменувань на 5 сторінках. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретико-методичних засад і розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня ефективності підприємницької діяльності промислового підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси визначення рівня ефективності підприємницької діяльності промислового підприємства та розробки напрямів її підвищення. Предметом дослідження сукупність теоретико-методичних засад, інструментів і засобів забезпечення ефективності підприємницької діяльності промислового підприємства. В першому розділі дослідження визначені теоретико-методичні аспекти ефективності підприємницької діяльності промислового підприємства. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи наведено коротку організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «Компресормаш-Сервіс»; здійснено аналіз ефективності ресурсної бази суб’єкта підприємницької діяльності - досліджуваного промислового підприємства; визначено рентабельність підприємницької діяльності як основний показник її ефективності. Третій розділ містить напрями мобілізації внутрішніх резервів підвищення ефективності підприємницької діяльності ТОВ «Компресормаш-Сервіс». Обґрунтовано застосування маржинально-цільового підходу до планування ефективності підприємницької діяльності досліджуваного промислового підприємства. В кваліфікаційній роботі одержали подальшого розвитку: напрями мобілізації внутрішніх резервів підвищення ефективності підприємницької діяльності промислового підприємства; застосування маржинально-цільового підходу планування ефективності підприємницької діяльності промислового підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що теоретичні та методологічні положення магістерської роботи доведено до рівня конкретних методик та рекомендацій з управління ефективністю підприємницької діяльності промислових підприємств. |
| Description: | The qualification work is dedicated to the study of the efficiency of the entrepreneurial activity of the industrial enterprise and the determination of reserves for its improvement. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources, and appendices. The full volume of the work is 76 pages of computer text. The work contains 31 tables and 6 figures. The list of used sources includes 40 names on 5 pages. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for increasing the level of efficiency of the entrepreneurial activity of an industrial enterprise. The object of the study is the process of determining the level of efficiency of the entrepreneurial activity of an industrial enterprise and developing directions for its improvement. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological principles, tools and means of ensuring the efficiency of the entrepreneurial activity of an industrial enterprise. In the first chapter of the study, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the effectiveness of the entrepreneurial activity of the industrial enterprise are defined. In the second section of the qualification work, a brief organizational and economic description of Kompressormash-Service LLC is given; the analysis of the efficiency of the resource base of the subject of entrepreneurial activity - the investigated industrial enterprise was carried out; the profitability of entrepreneurial activity is defined as the main indicator of its effectiveness. The third section contains directions for mobilizing internal reserves to increase the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity of Kompressormash-Service LLC. The application of the marginal-target approach to planning the effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity of the studied industrial enterprise is substantiated. In the qualification work, further development was achieved: areas of mobilization of internal reserves, improvement of the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity of an industrial enterprise; application of the marginal-target approach to planning the efficiency of business activity of an industrial enterprise. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the theoretical and methodological provisions of the master's thesis have been brought to the level of specific methods and recommendations for managing the efficiency of business activity of industrial enterprises. |
