| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі узагальнено сутнісну характеристику та особливості формування стратегій логістичного управління ланцюгами поставок продукції підприємств харчової промисловості; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику приватного підприємства «Хлібозавод Дубовязівський» Конотопського району Сумської області; проведено оцінку логістичної діяльності підприємства; проаналізовано стан стратегічного логістичного управління ланцюгами поставок хлібопекарської продукції; розроблено заходи раціонального управління й координації потокових процесів для забезпечення стратегії логістичного управління ланцюгами поставок; сформовано стратегію логістичного управління ланцюгами поставок продукції; обґрунтовано процес організаційно-інформаційного забезпечення реалізації стратегії логістичного управління ланцюгами поставок продукції підприємства хлібопекарської галузі. Здійснено моделювання рішень щодо процесу стратегічного управління логістичною діяльністю суб’єкта підприємницької діяльності, орієнтованого на отримання додаткового ефекту за рахунок здійснення визначеної послідовності дій, де на початковому етапі відбувається оцінка передумов розвитку і завершальним є процес контролю стратегії логістичного управління ланцюгами поставок продукції підприємства хлібопекарської галузі. Розроблено теоретико-практичні аспекти формування стратегії логістичного управління ланцюгами поставок продукції та обґрунтування організаційно-інформаційного забезпечення її реалізації на підприємстві харчової промисловості. Надано пропозиції щодо застосування збалансованої системи оцінювальних індикаторів ефективності логістичного управління ланцюгами постачання продукції хлібозаводу та визначення загального синергічного ефекту від позитивних зрушень. |
| Description: | In the qualification work summarizes the essential characteristics and features of the formation of logistics management strategies for supply chains of food industry enterprises; the organizational and economic characteristics of the private enterprise «Hlibozavod Dubovyazumskyi» of the Konotop district of the Sumy region are provided; an assessment of the logistics activity of the enterprise was carried out; the state of strategic logistics management of supply chains of bakery products is analyzed; measures of rational management and coordination of flow processes have been developed to ensure the strategy of logistics management of supply chains; the strategy of logistics management of product supply chains was formed; the process of organizational and information support for the implementation of the strategy of logistics management of product supply chains of enterprises in the bakery industry is substantiated. Modeling of decisions regarding the process of strategic management of the logistics activity of a business entity, focused on obtaining an additional effect due to the implementation of a certain sequence of actions, was carried out, where at the initial stage there is an assessment of the prerequisites for development, and the final stage is the process of controlling the strategy of logistics management of supply chains of products of the bakery industry. The theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of the strategy of logistics management of product supply chains and the justification of the organizational and information support for its implementation at the food industry enterprise have been developed. Proposals are provided for the application of a balanced system of evaluation indicators of the effectiveness of logistics management of supply chains of bakery products and the determination of the overall synergistic effect of positive changes. |
