| Abstract: | Метою написання кваліфікаційної роботи є розгляд та узагальнення теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо використання земельно-ресурсного потенціалу природоохоронних територій, розроблення рекомендацій щодо ефективної експлуатації території. Для досягнення мети в дослідженні проаналізовано сучасний стан природного заповідника "Михайлівська цілина"» та запропоновано заходи щодо покращення використання території заповідника. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління використанням земель природоохоронного фонду в Україні. Предметом дослідження природно-заповідний потенціал області. Робота містить три розділи. У першій частині кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто структуру природно-заповідного фонду України, нормативно правове врегулювання використання земель природно-заповідного фонду України. Другий розділ містить загальну характеристику предмета дослідження. Представлена загальна характеристика Сумської області, проаналізовано сучасний стан та структура природно-заповідного фонду Сумської області, визначені особливості природно-ресурсного потенціалу природного заповідника «Михайлівська цілина». У третій частині кваліфікаційної роботи встановлено напрямки раціонального використання природних ресурсів, запропоновані удосконалити використання інфраструктури просторових даних для ефективного управління територіями та об’єктами природно-заповідного фонду, запропоновано розширити рекреаційну діяльність на базі природно-заповідного фонду як індикатора стійкого розвитку. |
| Description: | The purpose of writing the qualification work is to review and generalize theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations regarding the use of land and resource potential of nature conservation areas, development of recommendations regarding effective exploitation of the territory. In order to achieve the goal, the study analyzed the current state of the Mykhailivska virgin nature reserve and proposed measures to improve the use of the territory of the reserve. The object of the study is the process of managing the use of nature conservation fund lands in Ukraine. The subject of the research is the nature reserve potential of the region. The work contains three sections. In the first part of the qualification work, the structure of the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine, the regulatory and legal regulation of the use of the lands of the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine were considered. The second section contains a general description of the research subject. The general characteristics of the Sumy region are presented, the current state and structure of the nature reserve fund of the Sumy region are analyzed, the features of the natural resource potential of the Mykhailivska virgin nature reserve are determined. In the third part of the qualification work, directions for the rational use of natural resources are established, it is proposed to improve the use of spatial data infrastructure for effective management of territories and objects of the nature reserve fund, it is proposed to expand recreational activities on the basis of the nature reserve fund as an indicator of sustainable development. |
