| Abstract: | Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню економіко-правових аспектів проведення земельних торгів у формі аукціону на території міста Суми. Автор розглядає основні законодавчі та економічні питання, пов'язані з організацією та проведенням аукціонів з продажу земельних ділянок. Робота включає аналіз регулюючих нормативно-правових актів, що стосуються земельних відносин, а також оцінку впливу проведення аукціонів на ринок нерухомості та інвестиційну активність у місті. Дослідження розкриває переваги та недоліки використання аукціонної форми в земельних відносинах та надає рекомендації щодо оптимізації цього процесу з метою підвищення його ефективності та прозорості. Робота розрахована на фахівців у галузі земельних відносин, юристів, а також представників органів місцевого самоврядування, які зацікавлені у вдосконаленні системи земельних торгів у місті Суми. Робота викладена на 68 сторінках, містить 5 таблиць, 14 рисунків, 24 найменувань літературних джерел. |
| Description: | The thesis is dedicated to exploring the economic and legal aspects of conducting land auctions in the form of an auction within the territory of Sumy city. The author examines fundamental legislative and economic issues related to the organization and implementation of auctions for the sale of land plots. The work includes an analysis of regulatory legal acts pertaining to land relations and an assessment of the impact of auctions on the real estate market and investment activity in the city. The research reveals the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing the auction format in land relations and provides recommendations for optimizing this process to enhance its effectiveness and transparency. The thesis is intended for experts in land relations, legal professionals, and representatives of local self-government authorities interested in improving the land auction system in Sumy city. The thesis spans 68 pages, incorporating 5 tables, 14 figures, and references to 24 literary sources. |
