| Abstract: | Мета: ознайомитися з діяльністю підприємства та вивчити особливості технології вторинної переробки молочної сировини в умовах ДП «Аромат», запропонувати шляхи вдосконалення існуючої технології вторинної переробки молочної сировини; Предмет досліджень: санітарно-гігієнічні умови переробки молока на підприємстві ДП «Аромат»; Результати досліджень: встановлено, що тема магістерської роботи актуальна, при цьому основна мета даної розробки, це розробити заходи щодо поліпшення якості заготівельного молока в умовах господарства і збереження його якості виконана повністю, при цьому ми рекомендуемо поліпшити організацію первинної обробки молока як на сільськогосподарських підприємствах так і на приватних прифермських молочних господарствах. |
| Description: | Goal: to get acquainted with the enterprise's activities and to study the peculiarities of the technology of secondary processing of dairy raw materials in the conditions of SE "Aromat", to propose ways of improving the existing technology of secondary processing of dairy raw materials; The subject of research: sanitary and hygienic conditions of milk processing at the enterprise of State Enterprise "Aromat"; Research results: it was established that the topic of the master's work is relevant, while the main goal of this development is to develop measures to improve the quality of harvested milk in the conditions of the farm and to preserve its quality. It has been fully implemented, while we recommend improving the organization of the primary processing of milk both at agricultural enterprises and and on private farm dairy farms. |
