| Abstract: | У магістерській роботі проведено аналіз стану галузі кормовиробництва в господарстві, здійснено оптимізацію технології годівлі великої рогатої худоби. Встановлено, що навіть при відносно невисокій продуктивності корів виробництво молока в ТОВ "AVERS INTERNATIONAL" є прибутковим, адже за собівартості менше 9 грн. за 1 кг молока, його реалізація населенню та на Сумський молочний завод» ДП « Аромат» за ціною близько 12 грн. забезпечує рентабельність більше 30%. Споживання оптимізованого раціону, що містить на 23 МДж більше обмінної енергії та на 240 г перетравного протеїну позитивно вплинуло на рівень надоїв корів. Так, середньодобовий надій корів дослідної групи зріс з 16,7 кг до 18,1 кг, що на 0,9 кг більше за контрольну групу. Вміст жиру в молоці майже не різнився. Впровадження нормованої годівлі в даному господарстві забезпечить певний економічний ефект навіть при незначному підвищенні молочної продуктивності корів (на 7,5 %). |
| Description: | In the master's thesis, an analysis of the state of the fodder production industry in the economy was carried out, optimization of cattle feeding technology was carried out. It has been established that even with relatively low productivity of cows, milk production in "AVERS INTERNATIONAL" LLC is profitable, because the cost price is less than UAH 9. for 1 kg of milk, its sale to the population and to the Sumy Dairy Plant" of the State Enterprise "Aromat" at a price of about 12 hryvnias. provides a profitability of more than 30%. Consumption of an optimized diet containing 23 MJ more exchangeable energy and 240 g of digestible protein had a positive effect on the milk yield of cows. Thus, the average daily gain of the cows of the experimental group increased from 16.7 kg to 18.1 kg, which is 0.9 kg more than the control group. The fat content in milk was almost unchanged. The introduction of standardized feeding in this farm will provide a certain economic effect even with a slight increase in milk productivity of cows (by 7.5%). |
