| Abstract: | Мета: Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню можливостей розповсюдження генетичного захворювання BLAD в популяції сумського внутрішньопородного типу української чорно-рябої молочної породи на прикладі Державного підприємства «Дослідне господарство Інституту сільського господарства Північного Сходу НААН». Результати досліджень: Запропоновані заходи щодо контролю розповсюдження гену BLAD в молочному стаді. Рекомендовано використовувати плідників тестованих на відсутність генетичної мутації та не використовувати в племінній роботі виявлених її носів. |
| Description: | Purpose: The qualification work is devoted to the study of the possibilities of the spread of the BLAD genetic disease in the population of the Sumy inbred type of the Ukrainian black-spotted dairy breed on the example of the State Enterprise "Experimental Farm of the Institute of Agriculture of the North East of the National Academy of Sciences". The work presents the results of the genealogical analysis of the breeders used in the creation of the inbred type. Subject of research: Proposed measures to control the spread of the BLAD gene in the dairy herd. It is recommended to use breeders tested for the absence of a genetic mutation and not to use its noses detected in breeding work. |
