| Abstract: | Метою роботи є обгрунтування і розробка ефективних технологічних прийомів поліпшення якості молока при виробництві його на фермах та комплексах промислового типу. Результати досліджень: Обґрунтовування та розроблення технологічних прийомів одержання молока вищого ґатунку на фермі і промислових комплексах із безприв’язним утриманням корів у боксах і на глибокій довго незмінній солом’яній підстилці. |
| Description: | Purpose: The aim of the work is to substantiate and develop effective technological methods for improving the quality of milk in its production on farms and industrial complexes. The results of the research: Justification and development of technological methods for obtaining premium milk on farms and industrial complexes with loose keeping of cows in boxes and on deep long-lasting straw bedding. |
