| Abstract: | Мета: дослідити якості курячих яєць для інкубації за масою яйця, однорідністю живої маси добових курчат, провести біологічний контроль при інкубації, визначити якісні показники яєць в залежності від терміну зберігання перед інкубацією і в залежності від віку батьківського стада. Проаналізувати вплив температури на розвиток ембріону.Предмет досліджень: робочі якості вартових собак та методи їхнього удосконалення. Результати досліджень: Комплекс біологічних показників і економічних результатів, отриманих у виробничих умовах, підтвердили дані дослідів в доцільності сортування яєць за масою, враховуючи їх належність до м’ясного напрямку продуктивності і достатньо великої ваги, дотримання терміну і якості зберігання до початку процесу інкубації. Враховуючи біологічну особливість розвитку ембріону регулювати температурний режим в залежності від стадії його розвитку. |
| Description: | Purpose: to investigate the quality of chicken eggs for incubation in terms of egg weight, uniformity of live weight of day-old chicks, to conduct biological control during incubation, to determine the quality indicators of eggs depending on the storage period before incubation and depending on the age of the parent flock. To analyze the effect of temperature on embryo development. Research results: The complex of biological indicators and economic results obtained in production conditions confirmed the experimental data in the expediency of sorting eggs by weight, taking into account their belonging to the meat direction of productivity and a sufficiently large weight, compliance with the term and quality of storage before the start of the incubation process. Taking into account the biological peculiarity of embryo development, to regulate the temperature regime depending on the stage of its development. |
