| Abstract: | Мета досліджень: аналіз продуктивності дійного стада в приватному господарстві та оптимізація елементів технології виробництва молока. Предмет досліджень: вивчення продуктивних і відтворних показників чорно-рябої молочної худоби. Результати досліджень. В роботі, на підставі всебічного аналізу стада, селекційної роботи з ним, виявленні характерні особливості гурту худоби молочної української чорно – рябої породи, та запропоновано господарству невикористані резерви у веденні галузі скотарства з метою удосконалення як племінних, так і продуктивних якостей худоби. Результати спостережень дають можливість знизити вік першого отелення, сформувати заводське стадо бажаного молочного типу, зменшити витрати за рахунок скорочення непродуктивного періоду і таким чином підвищити ефективність молочного скотарства в господарстві. |
| Description: | Purpose of the research: analysis of dairy herd productivity in private households and optimization of elements of milk production technology Subject of research: study of productive and reproductive indicators of black-and-white dairy cattle. The results of the research. In the work, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the herd, breeding work with it, the characteristic features of the group of dairy cattle of the Ukrainian black-and-white breed are revealed, and the farm is offered unused reserves in the management of the cattle breeding industry in order to improve both breeding and productive qualities of livestock. The results of observations make it possible to reduce the age of the first calving, to form a factory herd of the desired dairy type, to reduce costs by reducing the unproductive period and thus to increase the efficiency of dairy cattle breeding on the farm. |
