| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі у першому розділі АНЛІЗ ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РОЗВИТКУ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННИХ КОМПЛЕКСІВ У цьому розділі досліджується історія та сучасні аспекти готельно-ресторанного бізнесу, зокрема інтер'єру, архітектури готелів, управління персоналом, планування простору та використання технологій. Аналізується досвід як з-за кордону, так і вітчизняний. У другому розділі ФАКТОРИ ТА ВИМОГИ, ЩО ВПЛИВАЮТЬ НА ПРОЄКТУВАННЯ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННИХ КОМПЛЕКСІВ У цьому розділі розглядається класифікація готельно-ресторанних комплексів, вимоги до їх розробки та планування, об’ємно-планувальні рішення готелів і нормативні вимоги для проектування. В третьому розділі ОСОБЛИВОСТІ АРХІТЕКТУРНО-ПЛАНУВАЛЬНОЇ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННИХ КОМПЛЕКСІВ архітектурно планувальні аспекти готельно-ресторанного комплексу в м. Суми, включаючи принципи проектування, функціональні зв'язки приміщень, вплив архітектури на функціональність, розміщення на земельній ділянці, стиль та конструктивне вирішення. |
| Description: | In the qualification work, the first chapter, titled "Analysis of the Formation and Development of Hotel and Restaurant Complexes," explores the history and contemporary aspects of the hotel and restaurant business. This includes the interior, architecture of hotels, personnel management, space planning, and the use of technologies. The analysis encompasses both international and domestic experiences. In the second chapter, "Factors and Requirements Affecting the Design of Hotel and Restaurant Complexes," the classification of hotel and restaurant complexes is discussed, along with the requirements for their development and planning. The chapter also covers volumetric-planning decisions for hotels and normative requirements for design. The third chapter, "Features of Architectural and Planning Organization of Hotel and Restaurant Complexes," examines the architectural and planning aspects of a hotel and restaurant complex in the city of Sumy. This includes design principles, functional relationships of premises, the impact of architecture on functionality, site placement, style, and construction solutions. |
