| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню особливостей архітектурно-планувального вирішення будівель готелю на прикладі міста Ромни Сумської області. Об’єктом дослідження є готелі м. Ромни Сумської області. Предметом дослідження є особливості та прийоми архітектурно планувального вирішення готелів. Структура роботи: вступ, три розділи, висновок та список використаної літератури. У першому розділі «Аналіз практики готельного будівництва» розглядаються передумови формування готелів на прикладі зарубіжної та вітчизняної практики. У другому розділі «Фактори, що впливають на формування інфраструктури (готельних мереж)» аналізуються історико культурні, соціально-економічні, природно-кліматичні, містобудівні фактори, що впливають на формування інфраструктури готелів. У третьому розділі «Архітектурно-планувальні особливості організації готелів» визначено класифікацію будівель готелів, особливості функціонально-планувальної структури, способи архітектурно планувальної організації та архітектурно-планувальні особливості організації готелів у м. Ромни Сумської області. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the architectural and planning solution of hotel buildings on the example of the city of Romny, Sumy region. The object of the research is the hotels of the city of Romny, Sumy region. The subject of the study is the peculiarities and methods of architectural and planning solutions for hotels. Structure of the work: introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of used literature. The first chapter "Analysis of hotel construction practice" examines the prerequisites for the formation of hotels on the example of foreign and domestic practice. In the second section, "Factors affecting the formation of infrastructure (hotel chains)", historical-cultural, socio-economic, natural-climatic, urban planning factors affecting the formation of hotel infrastructure are analyzed. The third chapter "Architectural and planning features of hotel organization" defines the classification of hotel buildings, features of functional and planning structure, methods of architectural and planning organization and architectural and planning features of hotel organization in the city of Romny, Sumy region. |
