| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню архітектурно планувальної організації блокованих житлових будинків на прикладі міста Суми. Структура роботи: вступ, три розділи, висновок та список літератури. Об’єктом дослідження є Блоковані житлові будинки . Предметом дослідження є особливості та прийоми їх архітектурно планувальної, містобудівної та композиційної організації . В першому розділі « Аналіз досвіду проектування та передумови формування блокованих житлових будинків в м.Суми » досліджені історичні аспекти зародження та розвитку житла, сучасні аспекти архітектурно-планувальної структури житлових булокованих будинків, досвід їх будівництва. В другому розділі « Класифікація блокованих житлових будинків » визначено фактори та їх вплив на проектування та розміщення блокованих житлових будинків , типологію і класифікацію житла, основні вимоги щодо його проектування. В третьому розділі «Особливості та прийоми архітектурно-планувальної організації блокованих житлових будинків » визначено головні містобудівні та архітектурно-планувальні прийоми організації Житлових блокованих будівель, містобудівне, архітектурно-планувальне та конструктивне рішення блокованих житлових будинків м. Суми. |
| Опис: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of the architectural and planning organization of blocked residential buildings on the example of the city of Sumy. Structure of the work: introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of references. Blocked residential buildings are the object of the study. The subject of the study is the peculiarities and methods of their architectural and planning, urban planning and compositional organization. In the first chapter, "Analysis of design experience and prerequisites for the formation of blocked residential buildings in the city of Sumy", the historical aspects of the birth and development of housing, modern aspects of the architectural and planning structure of residential block buildings, and the experience of their construction are investigated. In the second chapter, "Classification of blocked residential buildings", the factors and their influence on the design and placement of blocked residential buildings, typology and classification of housing, the main requirements for its design are determined. In the third chapter "Peculiarities and techniques of the architectural and planning organization of blocked residential buildings" the main urban planning and architectural and planning techniques of the organization of residential blocked buildings, urban planning, architectural and planning and constructive solutions of blocked residential buildings in the city of Sumy are defined. |
