| Abstract: | Стрімке збільшення науково-технічної інформації (Scientific and Technical Information, STI), яке відбулось протягом ХХ-ХХІ століть було реакцією науки та досліджень (Science and Research, S&R) на завдання соціально-економічного розвитку, забезпечення її вирішальної ролі та місця у цьому розвитку. Традиційно результат наукових досліджень (scientific result, SR) отримує статус об’єктів інтелектуальних прав – авторських прав та прав інтелектуальної власності. В суспільстві сформувались три основних види поглядів на SR: і) суспільне благо (public good); іі) приватне благо (private good); ііі) гібридне благо (hybrid good). Відповідно від належності SR до конкретного виду благ встановлювались економічні підходи комерціалізації та відкритості SR. |
| Description: | Rapid increase of scientific and technical information (Scientific and Technical Information, STI), which took place during the XX-XXI centuries, was the reaction of science and research (Science and Research, S&R) to the task socio-economic development, ensuring its decisive role and place in this development. Traditionally, the result of scientific research (scientific result, SR) receives the status of objects of intellectual rights - copyrights and rights intellectual property. Three main types were formed in society views on SR: i) public good; ii) private good; iii) hybrid good. Accordingly, from belonging to the SR to the concrete economic approaches of commercialization and openness were established SR. |
